Our newly renovated beautiful townhome is an upstairs and downstairs 4 bedroom plus family room. This nearly 1,900 sq ft designer’s home is a modern and casual beauty that comfortably sleeps 9. Upstairs you will find a spacious living room with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Downstairs has a large family room with a daybed, stylish kitchenette, game table, fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and an outdoor patio. Located in one of Newport's quieter neighborhoods, this property is just a one minute walk to one of the best and least crowded beaches in town. With only one attached wall to your neighbors this beautifully furnished 2 story is all yours so there will be no strangers making noise above you. This home comes with two parking spots in the garage just for you. Located on a residential side street, it is an easy, safe and short walk to the beach. Conveniently located and within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, playgrounds and tennis courts.

Coming from a local that hosted a bachelorette for girlfriend out of town. This was the perfect location if you’re planning an itinerary around Newport area. A light away from PCH, which take to Laguna or to Huntington. In about 12 to 15 minutes away from the main freeway. Very close to the popular landmark Lido. Literally steps away from the beach. The quieter side of the beach. Without having to deal with the beach traffic but still a close enough to go down to the Newport pier. Super rare to find a two car garage parking. The house was super cute and clean. Probably one of the best house I have rented. Location, cleanliness, parking, and really cute Landscape.
