Waikiki Wow

Property was very clean, from lobby, to elevator, hallways, pool, laundry room, amenities & game room, to condo. Location was amazing and close to everything. Staff were awesome! Stayed for a month and would definitely choose again!

Love it👍

The place was very well equipped with all essential supplies. The first 3 weeks was amazing. Yes the noise from the streets below was a little much, but you’re right in the middle of Waikiki! The staff at the Royal Kuhio, just amazing, friendly, never once did we feel unsafe in the building. The last 2 weeks, could have been great too, but we all took our turn at being sick( unfortunately). Would I recommend this place, absolutely 💯

Séjour Waïkiki

Cette résidence est idéalement située, proche des commerces tels que ABC Store, de la plage et des magasins aussi bien de luxe que de souvenirs. En plus de posséder toutes les commodités tels la laverie et la piscine, le service de sécurité omniprésent est très rassurant. Elle est de plus très bien desservie par les transports urbains. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n’hésiterions pas à y retourner.

Walking distance to many good shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and to the beach. The room was cozy but had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Nice but not what we were expecting

From what we saw in the photos the room had many differences - no oven, no dishwasher, different smaller couch, tiny tv in a small unit by kitchen can’t see from bed unlike the big screen hanging from wall on the photo, no door on cubboard in corner. When mentioned the owner did buy a counter oven which was nice of them but it my expectation was that we had an oven from the start so that was disappointing.The car park was not suitable for a large vehicle. Other then these issues it’s a great location the photos need to be updated so people know what they are getting I would still recommend this unit to others.

Close to the Beach But Could Be Better

Easy reservation process and prompt replies from management company.Good working AC unit but was situated too far from sleeping area. Bathtub was very dated making it feel unclean. Towels were provided but had horrible moldy smell. Ended up having to buy our own. No option to darken room. Windows were covered with sheer, see through drape making it difficult to rest with all the brightness.Would consider another property from this company but definitely not this unit.

Reviewer Comments: Before I booked this unit, Kaina Hale Hawaii Realty confirmed that this is a true 1 bedroom and there is a divider between the sleeping area and the living room. Once we got there, this was not the case. There was no divider or wall between the two areas. This is a problem when you are traveling with a toddler and you need a dedicated sleeping area. They tried to accommodate by bringing in a folding screen, which is nothing close to a wall/divider. There were no other units available so we had no choice but to stay here for our entire stay. I tried to explain to the lady the difference between a studio vs 1 bedroom. She was giving me a nasty attitude and argued that this is a 1 bedroom. She clearly does not understand what a 1 bedroom is. NO WALL between the sleeping area and living area is a STUDIO (not a 1 bedroom)!!! You should NOT be posting this as a 1 bedroom unit, this is false advertisement. Also, the tub is very old and dirty, they did not renovate this part of the unit. The rest of the unit was clean.
