The host was helpful and quick to reply! We had a little snafu with the parking pass but all was resolved quickly and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make basic meals and the location provided easy access to the freeway by car or Waikīkī by foot.

Host was welcoming and the unit was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Also, the parking is a big plus. Only downside was the pool and hot tubs were not open. Currently being worked on.

This was the perfect location! A quick 5 min walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. The free parking was imperative and easily saved us close to a thousand dollars. But I have to say, the host was the best we’ve ever experienced, even with him being in a time zone with a 5 hour difference. His kindness and responsiveness stood out from the crowd. We were there for the first round of insane storms, but felt safe in the building. We had to do 3 emergency evacuations in one day, and the building handled it well. It was a surprise that the pool and hot tub were being updated and were unusable. Nonetheless, we will definitely book again next time and look forward to using the newer amenities. I highly recommend this location to anyone considering it!
At least we had one really good weather day!

We had a great stay, place had everything we needed. The air conditioner made some noise throughout the night but we would stay here again! Host was responsive and information provided was clear. Wish the pool area wasn’t under construction though!

The condo was great. Two suggestions: in the welcome packet that is sent before the stay it would be nice to include instructions on how the door lock works. The seconded you probably already know but the AC unit above the bed is making noise. These are just two observations but do not change my opinion of the condo. I would not hesitate to stay again.

This was the perfect vacation condo we have ever stayed during a holiday. It was cute and cozy. The color theme was perfect and it just makes you feel like you’re staying a beach house type of feel. The kitchen was equipped with an abundance of big and small appliances if you choose to cook during your stay. It was well stocked with plenty of dinning ware and cookware. There is a laundry room on the same floor down the hall with 1 washer & dryer each. This has been a life saver traveling a long period of time from out of state. It helps me to pack light and lighten up my luggage weight considering every airline charges for bags now unless you have their credit cards. The condo is conveniently 2 blocks away from the popular Waikiki Beach and less than half a mile away from International Marketplace and Waikiki Food Hall. The communication with Dr. Tyson before, during, and after our trip has been the best experience ever. There was a slight incident where the cleaning lady came in a day early the day before we’re supposed to check out but I contacted Dr. Tyson right away. He responded within 30 mins or so and was very apologetic. This was 100 percent an honest mistake due to the time difference of where he was thinking we checked out. I can’t wait for the 6th floor pool deck to open back up next summer, it would’ve made the stay even better but that’s no way at all Dr. Tyson’s fault. I will 1000% recommend this vacation condo! If I could rate it here 1000/10 I would! Mahalo!

I absolutely loved the beauty, history and beach location in Waikiki. The beach, food and shopping are world-class. So I bought the home after very careful consideration. You can see rainbows and Diamondhead from th balcony and romantic views at night too!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have renovated the apartment, added a new AC, Japanese toilet, have a crib, 2 queen beds and a 2 person pull out sofa. Brand new recreation deck aril 20th with pool, hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, Barbeques and kids playground. There is a tunnel/indoor mall from the Marriott next door all the way to the beach at the end of the block! There is a special code given to each for the door (and I can lock and unlock it for you), and in house free parking.
