Basic-ally Perfect

Comfy beds, comfy living room and the golf cart was a nice little bonus. It’s not a massive home but if you are looking to save a few bucks to enjoy elsewhere , this is the place!

Great house

We stay in ocean lakes every summer but this has been my favorite house we’ve rented so far. Everything is updated, mattress was comfortable, tv in each room, nice updated stove and the best part is the golfcart was included with it! Nice size porch also!

Ac did not work properly bedrooms were hot we had to go buy portable ac unit so we slept in kitchen

Great stay but..

House was equipped well make sure you bring all towels and linens which was disclosed in property disclosure no cleaning supplies available so make sure you bring any soap or dishwasher pods with you parking only enough for one vehicle the expectations at checkout were a bit more than necessary since you are paying a cleaning fee the rooms were smaller than expected but workable

Excellent Communication

Loved the property, things were clean and well cared for, truly appreciated having the golf cart as well, one bedroom was only accessible through another bedroom which was a little awkward at first, but proved to be no issue. Grateful for our stay

Nice But Tight!

Property was clean and manager was quick and attentive to our needs when we contacted. Just a few things to point out. You’ll pay a cleaning fee however, please be aware that when you receive your check-in/out information they’ll be a list of items that you need to clean before leaving. You have to vacuum and mop all floors, wipe down counters/surfaces, wipe out refrigerator/microwave etc. For me personally, I come on vacation and select places that clean after you leave because one, I want the piece of mind knowing that someone has thoroughly cleaned before I arrive and two, I’m on vacation! Who wants to clean on your last morning, especially when you have a certain time you have to check-out by! Please also be aware that the full bedroom, twin/bunk bedroom and one bathroom (bathroom connects the two rooms) are VERY small and tight. The full bedroom is just big enough for the bed to fit with no room really to move around the bed and the twin/bunk room has just enough space for you to walk by the bed as well. Also, if you book this property and have children staying in the twin/bunk room, please be aware that there are exposed electrical wires in the closet with the tv. Otherwise, cute home with nice property manager.

Family vacation 2022

We all had fun. The boys loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The golf cart included in the rental was a plus. Would definitely recommend this place.

Paid a cleaning fee but a list of chores for us to complete before we left . Nothing for cleaning service to do. Mattress cover was torn In regular size bed. Floor and bed covers were very dirty. Otherwise nice place to stay. Not big enough for 6 people

Worked great for our family

The property is in a good location at ocean lakes . The golf cart makes getting around a breeze. Parking is a little tight, but we made it work. We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon . The owner of the property is very nice and prompt to answer any of your questions .

Home was very nice , the owner always responded in a timely fashion. Very easy to deal with .

Overall a good place

We enjoyed our time. The house was a little smaller than expected but served our needs for the weekend. We enjoyed the access to the golf cart and the location to the beach. Would definitely stay again

Great Getaway

This was our first vacation in over two years. We had a great time. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially loved having the use of the golf cart. That made it much easier to get around the campground especially when judging the Christmas lights. We definitely plan on coming back.

Perfect vacation spot!

The house was perfect for our family. The house has everything you need- kitchen was stocked, extra blankets and pillows, fans, plenty of seating, and the golf cart is definitely a must for convenient traveling throughout the campground I fell in love with this community, there is so much to do we never left the campground!
