Maison d'un étage bien entretenue et récemment meublée avec terrasse spacieuse, à 200 mètres de la plage. Grand salon avec télévision par câble / magnétoscope / DVD et grande cuisine avec micro-ondes neuf. La première chambre a deux lits queen-la deuxième chambre a un lit double. Chaque chambre a un T. V. Deux salles de bain complètes. Ne pas fumer et pas d'animaux s'il vous plaît. La voiturette de golf est incluse. La semaine de location est du samedi au samedi. L'enregistrement s'effectue à 1h00 p. m. L'heure limite de départ est 11h00. m. Dépôt de garantie remboursable de 200 $ si la maison est laissée PROPRE !!! Si le ménage est nécessaire, il sera prélevé sur le dépôt de garantie. NOUS NE LOUONS À PERSONNE DE MOINS DE 25 ANS !!!! NOUS NE LOUONS PAS AUX ÉLÈVES DU SECONDAIRE OU AUX ÉTUDIANTS DU COLLÈGE!

Please help us prepare for the next guests: strip beds. If you rented linens, place them back in the original bag and leave on the front porch. If you brought your own, please take them with you.
Take all trash to the outdoor trash can. Wash or load all dishes—nothing left in sink or dishwasher. Remove all personal items: no clothes left in washer/dryer.
Empty fridge, freezer, and cabinets of food you brought. Turn off all lights. Clean grill and wipe down golf cart. Close and lock windows/doors. Return keys to designated lockbox. Thank you so much!

Linda was a great host. She responded immediately when issues arose, and the golf cart that comes with the property has to be one of the best ones around. We loved the place so much we booked it again for next year, can’t wait to head back down!

My family loves OL and this place was a very nice place to stay with plenty of room. Great location. Golf cart was definitely a great addition to have available to use. Linda was awesome and very quick at responding and sharing helpful tips. Definitely give this place a 10/10

Location is great and Linda, the host, very responsive. Only drawback is home layout is very "cozy" in the bedrooms. One BR has bed against the wall and the only access is through the other bedroom or the hall bathroom.

Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. I do wish there was a lamp of some type in the smaller bedroom but luckily I had a hook light that worked out. We have always enjoyed OL and love they are finally making changes to bring it back to how it use to be without kids running around causing issues at night with curfews. Would defiantly stay again.
