Vue sur l'Ă©tang, Ă  pied de la plage, bain Ă  remous, 3 Bdr 2 Ba, voiturette de golf, linge de maison, emplacement!

Les tarifs comprennent le panier de golf, les draps et les serviettes. Notre maison est située dans le magnifique village d'Oceanside, Surfside Beach, en Caroline du Sud. Oceanside Village est une communauté fermée de 180 acres avec 24 heures de sécurité, accÚs à la plage privée et parking privé sur la plage. Nous sommes à deux minutes à pied de la plage. Il y a des salles de bains et des douches extérieures à la plage. Juste au coin est la piscine chauffée, couverte, vitrée. Les piscines intérieure et extérieure sont spacieuses et entourées de magnifiques patios. Chacun a une piscine pour enfants aussi.
Le Conch Cafe est situĂ© sur la plage et est un restaurant / bar Ă  service complet intĂ©rieur / extĂ©rieur. Dans le village il y a une aire de jeux, des terrains de basket, des courts de tennis Ă©clairĂ©s, un terrain de volley et de nombreux lacs de pĂȘche.
Notre maison de plage est sur un cul-de-sac et a une vue magnifique sur l'étang. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec une cuisiniÚre, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un grille-pain, une cafetiÚre et tous les ustensiles de cuisine. Il y a une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage.

The property was exactly as described. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Having a golf cart was a great bonus. Oceanside Village was a wonderful place to visit. This was our first time staying in Oceanside Village but it will not be our last.

We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The house was cozy and perfect for our quick family getaway. Oceanside Village is a nice gated community with plenty of amenities. I didn't realize that in order to get a keycard for the back gate and private beach parking (30 cash, refundable upon return) we needed to get there by 5pm. They were closed for Thanksgiving the next day and we decided not to bother for the last day of our trip - but it would have added convenience for sure. The golf cart was a fun bonus even though it was cold outside when we visited. Having linens and towels provided was so helpful, and although we didn't use the washer/dryer it was nice to have the option. Easy walk to the beach too!

We had a great time!

This is a fantastic property for families. Close the the beach, easy access to both indoor and outdoor pools and a playground. My 6 year old son loved the golf cart for trips down the beach and drives through the resort. Surfside Beach is much quieter and relaxing than Myrtle beach but it was an easy drive to everything we needed.

Fantastic stay even through the storm

My family and I stayed at the rental the first week of August. Even though tropical storm Debby tried to bring us down, we still had a great time. Kathleen is a wonderful host! She reached out to me to make sure everything was okay during the storm.

Very nice property

Rental was clean and everything was exactly as stated. Location was awesome across the street from a pond. My son loved being able to go fishing almost out the front door. Had a question mid week and the owner responded quickly. Would definitely rent this property again.

Family beach weekend

Kathleen was very quick to respond, kind and very helpful. The house was perfect for a weekend and very clean. The beach and pool were a short golf cart ride away. My only recommendation would be cleaned/updated couches. We had a wonderful time and appreciate you sharing your home with us. Thank you!

Good time

The owner is amazing to work with. She is always very prompt with responses and has been extremely helpful. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The use of the golf cart is definitely a plus, though the beach and pool area are an easy walk. The house is very cute and well furnished. No need for towels or sheets. Plenty of cooking utensils and appliances. Overall a good experience.

We've been to myrtle beach for 20+ years in a row and usually stayed in ocean lakes. We were looking for something calmer yet comparable. This Oceanside village was perfect. Lots to do, golf cart accessibility and very convenient to the ocean and pool for our children. We did have a couple ( normal) mishaps with small things like the coffee pot and the owner responded very quickly and helped us immediately with several situations! They were wonderful to rent from. We would definitely go back and use their property again. Thanks for allowing our family to use your beach house to create another year of memories!

Clean, family friendly rental in a great neighborhood

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. The home was clean and as the listing described if not better. It was my husband and I with 4 kids ages 10 months - 10 years and this house was perfect for us. Size was great and the house conveniently had a few toys and books for the younger ones. All the kitchen appliances and towels we needed. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved the golf cart and being able to use it to get to the beach, conch cafe in the beach and the pool. My husband and our kids also loved just cruising around the neighborhood in the golf cart. Pool areas were fun for all ages, and our 3 year old’s favorite activity was fishing at the pond! At the house was also a fishing pole, beach chairs, some beach toys and a beach umbrella. The owner was also easy to get a hold of before and after our trip and responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely are planning to rent again!

There was some confusion about what was advertised about service dogs on the listing and what the owner actually thought was there. Check-in was a breeze! There was an issue with the golf cart, but the owner made sure that we had a cart for the week. As far as the house, it was good, water pressure could have been better and the showers were very low, the water hit my 6’2” husband in the chest and I even had to lean down at 5’2” to rinse my hair. The washer and dryer were great except you had to dry very small loads in the dryer or it took forever. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and neat!
