Nous vous encourageons à exprimer votre créativité culinaire dans une cuisine bien aménagée. Nous avons fourni tous les appareils ménagers et tous les ustensiles nécessaires à la préparation du repas ou du rafraîchissement idéal… apportez simplement les ingrédients. Love the Honua Kai. Excellent property and Maui Resort Rentals is incredibly efficient. Only a few things I would change if I could; sinks would benefit from garbage disposals, it would be nice to provide an umbrella to go with the beach chairs, and the fitted sheets are stretched out and no longer stay put on the bed, new tighter sheets would be amazing. We will definitely be back! We love Honua Kai.

Main issues were missing and nonworking items. We had a single bowl and a single table knife, but housekeeping did bring more of both to the unit. We had a single chair for the dining table but never did get any more. Two of the four toaster slots did not work. The ceiling fans did not work.

We have stayed at Honua Kai previously booking through a different source and this is first time using VRBO. The process was much simpler with check in and the room met our expectations. Would book this room again as it does offer a nice view of the ocean as well!

Excellent location. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Refrigerator was not functioning properly and it was challenging to get ahold of the property manager although they came and had it fixed the same night we still lost some groceries that needed to be kept cold.

Bugs are a part of a tropical environment, and while the Honua Kai performs quarterly pest treatments, on occasion they find their way back in. There haven’t been further reports in this regard and we’re sorry for your experience. The pools and Duke’s restaurant are open, and we apologize for any temporary closures that impacted your stay. Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Clean, quiet, updated and beautiful views. Just a few things that we would have changed which were not a big deal at all. 1) There were only two very small pans to cook on. There were pots but not good for the dishes we wanted to make. So we just ended up using the grill downstairs 2) The dishwasher didn’t really clean. We had to run it twice for each load and one time the powder didn’t even come out of the dispenser. 3) If you want a relaxing pool and don’t have children this might be tricky. All the pools were extremely full of children from the early morning till sundown. We just ended up going to the beach and never using the pool. The beach in front is rocky but if you go down about 1/2 a mile you will hit ocean with no rocks. Enjoy paradise!

Great for our family

The best property if you have a family. The location is great and you really don't need to travel very far for things. Baby beach for the very little ones since the waves are much calmer and Whaler's Village for a bit of shopping are both very near. There's a local supermarket very close to this property for all your needs. They have the best Poki so you don't need to venture far for it. As far as this specific unit, the view is amazing and the unit was very clean. This unit is near the elevators. The beds were comfortable, a bit saggy. The unit had pretty much everything for our family to stay for the week, including a highchair! The kitchen supplies do need a bit of updating. The knives were pretty terrible and I couldn't find a single pair of scissors. The pots and pans could also be updated. This is only a minor issue and didn't affect our stay at all. The property management team is GREAT! they responded to us quickly and check in and out was seamless.

Wonderful location, perfect place for our family!

We had a wonderful stay at Honua Kai. The condo was the perfect fit for our family, the resort was wonderful and the location was central to everything we needed. My only constructive piece of feedback is that the beds were terrible - clearly in need of replacement. My back hurt so bad b/c they were so soft and worn that I barely slept. Also, one roll of paper towel for a family of 4 was surprising based on how much we paid per night.

Beautiful property and great location. Condo had everything we needed. One downfall was the parking. We were told we had one parking spot in garage and there were several times we couldn’t find an open spot and had to pay valet charges.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo we rented was very nice and clean. The spacious floor plan and lanai are excellent for a family group and visitors. The kitchen, washer/dryer are great but the ice maker was a problem. Bought ice from a market. Nice grounds and pool area. The market was well-stocked. Problems we encountered: -no flexibility on 4 pm check in. -front staff not friendly, valets were. -ice maker did not work -not enough room for pool lounging as guests take over lounges for the day despite signs. Rude lady guest at cabana gave us a hard time for sharing an entire lounge area she felt entitled to. -lobby bathrooms were filthy upon arrival. - someone has got to wash and clean the lobby windows. looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. -the condo tower was behind a construction zone. -finding a parking space is a challenge- valet-ing is best.

Great place in Kaanapali!

We've stayed at Honua Kai many times over the years - this is the first time we've rented through a private owner. Property is still terrific, same great amenities as always - can't charge meals to the room, but that was only noticeable difference. Condo was in great shape, had everything we needed - made for a very relaxing and easy vacation!

Complete paradise

Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience with this condo at Honea Kai. Great clean room with everything one could need. Easy close elevator access to the pool and parking garage. Always available parking spots. Pools were amazing and the beach just a few short steps away. Walking path along the beach for morning walks. Dukes restaurant never fails. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Experience!

Entire process from online reservation to check out was as smooth and easy as possible. Greatly appreciated the informative emails I received prior to our trip., very helpful. The property was absolutely beautiful and exactly as promised. The condo was beautiful and so comfortable, could of stayed forever! We will definitely be back, highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

This property has it all. So close to the pool and beach. Duke’s is perfect when you want a drink or a meal. The condo was exceptional and perfect for two couples. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very well maintained property, perfect for families. Honua Kai Resort location and grounds are on the spot. Great service from Maui Resort Rentals. We left saying if we were to ever buy a vacation property this is what it would be like.

Perfect accomodations

Everything we needed was provided by you. I called once for a cookie pan and Nicholas was there within a half hour with two of them. The keys were at the bell desk just as promised. The leis were a surprise and beautiful. The rooms were clean, in new condition and everything worked. The view was awesome.
