Bel appartement en plein centre ville dans une petite résidence (4 appartements en totale) de calme et charme. Séjour avec cheminée , cuisine moderne et équipée et un balcon au bord de l'Arve avec un jolie vue sur le Mont Blanc. Inclus: Wifi, télévision par Free, casier à ski.

Quelques minutes à pied pour visiter l'Aiguille du Midi - du haut de ses 3842 mètres ses terrasses offrent une vue à 360° sur le Mont-Blanc et les Alpes françaises, suisses et italiennes. 5 minutes pour accéder le station du Brévent et ses balades. 250m d'un arrêt Cham bus et 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Chamonix.

Malgré étant en plein centre ville, vous n'auriez aucun bruit de nuit grâce à notre situation d'écart de la rue principale et nos murs de pierre solide de 1m épaisseur - pas de problème de trouver un bon sommeil avant votre randonnée ou voie la matin prochaine. Pendant l' été l'appartement reste fraiche et confortable même dans une canicule grâce à notre proximité de l'Arve qui coule depuis les glaciers. La cheminée apport du chaleur dans une nuit plus froid.

Great comfortable apartment with a fantastic central location. Property managers were very easily accessible and solved an issue within an hour of contacting! Will definitely be staying here again.

Riverside heaven

This apartment was perfect in every way for our family of four + 2 dogs. It is right downtown Chamonix, close to a ski bus stop and many fantastic restaurants, including being right next door to the best burger place in town -Poco Loco.

Location, Location, Location …

Gen’s flat is in a perfect location of Chamonix centre - very close to everything, including buses to take you to all the surrounding ski locations. The fireplace, view of Monte Blanc, and running river on the back patio were nice aesthetic accents. We’ll definitely return to Gen’s flat next time.

Fantastic views

This property has fabulous views from the balcony over the river a great place to watch the sun set with a glass of wine. Although we visited out of season there was plenty to do we drove into switzerland and Italy and also got the train into Switzerland. The owners were friendly and helpful and recommended some really good restaurants and bars. Ourson and his girlfriend in their early twenties also loved it. We would love to return.

Charming Chamonix

My family and I had spent a wonderful week in Gen and Rob's apartment. We felt blessed to have arrived a day after the first snow falls of the season. The town was blanketed in snow and was drop droppingly beautiful. So our first stop after we had unpacked was to Snell sports (a 30 second walk from the apartment buildings front door) to hire waterproof walking boots. As the apartment building faces onto the pedestrian main street, everything we could need (or covet) was very close by. The apartment is at the back of the building and noise was not an issue. The changing view from the balcony, over the Arve river to Mt Blanc was an absolute delight to watch. The apartment is as in the website photos, and was clean and tidy on our arrival. The apartment ticked all our boxes; a functional kitchen, laundry facilities, 2 bedrooms (with single beds in the 2nd) and close to the town centre as we were without a car. I highly recommend this apartment, and would love to return again one day.

Comfortable apartment, beautiful view

We are a family of 5 and spent 2 weeks in this stunning location during the summer. Friendly owners who made us most welcome. If you want a holiday and don't want to have to use a car, this is an ideal location as everything is in easy walking distance and to travel further there is excellent train and bus services. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Shopping, restaurants, cinema all near the apartment. Marvelous view of the mountains, what a great way to start the day, enjoying the view with a mug of coffee!

Wonderful rental!

My son and I stayed here a couple years ago. It was absolutely fabulous. The views are incredible. The house is cozy and has everything you could possibly need. It's right in the center of town...perfect location with lots to do. And being right on the beautiful Arve River is just the best. We are definitely coming back, hopefully this summer.

A very good place where spend holidays

The appartment is perfect: in the middle of Chamonix, but without feel people besides you. The sound of the river is the only noise you will hear. Is incredible to stay on the terrace and see the river on your feet, and the Mont Blanc at the reach of your view. It's strongly recomended.

IT'S LOVELY

it's beautiful, lovely and very, very complet (you can find in the house all that you need). from the balcony, the landscape is wonderful, the mont-blanc, the bossons, midi... it is in the center of chamonix, and there are a lot of shops near. my family and me enjoyed our holidays there. this year is the second time that w were in that house, and we were very happy there. it's a wonderful house.
