Perfect Getaway Location

We have stayed in this unit before and it is so comfortable with everything you need. Some of the furniture is new and everything looks and feels fresh. Being just steps from the beach and close to all the other things you might need (restaurant, convenience store, rentals, shopping). Can’t wait to return again in the future!!

Gotta Get Away

This place was perfect for a getaway from the daily pressures of owning a business. We spent 4 days just walking the beach in the morning and evening and sitting on the decks enjoying the sounds and sights of the Gulf.

We had a wonderful time at this location! Great to walk out on the beach from our deck. The only thing we would want is a fire pit. We missed having a fire on the beach. We had a wonderful time

Wonderful

I stayed with my husband and 3 children. We had such a good stay. The house is directly on the ocean. We walked back and forth daily. I could send my kids to the ocean and see them from the house. The house was walking distance to the lagoon and multiple shops and restaurants. The house was roomy for us. The kids slept in multiple spots throughout our stay because there were options. :) Very pleased!

Peaceful Location

We enjoyed the contactless check-in and our stay was 5 days of relaxation. Perfect location for beach privacy and a short driving distance to restaurants and entertainment. Family of five adults and an infant had plenty of room. Steps to the beach, clean, comfortable beds, and again...perfect location. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores during our stay at Toto. The condo was perfect for our needs! Internet was great. Lots of excellent TVs already hooked up to streaming services and channels. Beds had great mattresses. The best part is you are directly on the beach! The location is perfect. You are minutes from all kinds of restaurants and stores. The beach wasn’t crowded, it is far enough away from the high rises and public access so it’s basically you and a few neighbors. The master bedroom is on the second floor and it shares a bathroom with the bedroom with twin beds. There is extremely low water pressure in the showers. We really needed a broom at a minimum in the condo to help with sand control. We would happily rent this one again!

Relaxing get away

The communication with Golf-Sands for checking in as well checking out was great. Their responses to any questions or concerns were timely. The place was clean and the listing was accurate. Location was within walking distance to restaurants and had direct access to the beach. Enjoyed the great views of sunrises and sunsets, as well as watching dolphins, pelicans and Herons. We had a wonderful time.

The location is great, on the beach with private beach access. There were some issues with the unit--there is no comfortable place to sit in the living area--the couch and love seat have no support and one sinks down into it, making it hard to get out of. Some of the electrical outlets have no power to them--the one right by the front door, one in the bathroom--had to use the hair dryer using an outlet in the kitchen. Only one outlet in the kitchen that worked, also outlets in the master bathroom upstairs--not all worked. Also the sliding door in the master bedroom isn't sealed properly and when we had a wind/thunderstorm, it whistled loudly all night and we had to sleep downstairs. The outside steps into the unit are steep and there is no landing when trying to put in the code--I recently had hip surgery and this is a bit scary. The kitchen also is not well equipped.

Fast get away

Absolutely loved it it was furnished nice and no problem with electronics it was spacious and not overcrowded with pieces that wasn’t necessary and you could tell it was well taken care and very clean that is a must for me hated leaving but the real world calls I think I would have liked a broom and dustpan hated not being able to sweep up all the sand instead of leaving it for you guys
