Peinture fraîche, portes mises à jour au premier étage, appareils électroménagers en granit et en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine et mises à jour récentes des fenêtres dans les chambres doubles / à grand lit! Duplex de vacances devant le golfe rénové - pour 8 personnes, avec des équipements technologiques modernes et un accès WIFI GRATUIT. 3BR / 2BA maison face à la plage dispose de 2 balcons privés donnant sur la plage et le golfe, avec escalier privé menant à la plage de sable blanc.

Cette maison entièrement équipée a lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse, AM / FM stéréo w / Bluetooth, 4 téléviseurs à écran plat / 2 DVD Bluray / 1 DVD, machine à glaçons et nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. 60 "Smart TV à écran plat dans le salon w / Bluray! NOUVEAU 40 "Smart TV dans les chambres Queen (pas de DVD) et Twin (w / Bluray) aussi. Awesome for Sporting Events et NETFLIX (compte invité). Perfect ocean view. Private access straight to the beach. Driving distance to restaurants and shopping is within minutes. The only complaint is that the patio doors were old and hard to lock/unlock. That definitely needs updated. Overall, we were very happy with our stay during spring break.

Gotta Get Away

This place was perfect for a getaway from the daily pressures of owning a business. We spent 4 days just walking the beach in the morning and evening and sitting on the decks enjoying the sounds and sights of the Gulf.

Perfect Getaway Location

We have stayed in this unit before and it is so comfortable with everything you need. Some of the furniture is new and everything looks and feels fresh. Being just steps from the beach and close to all the other things you might need (restaurant, convenience store, rentals, shopping). Can’t wait to return again in the future!!

Nice house, kitchen was well furnished, set up worked wellBeach was gorgeous! And quiet! Walked right out to the sand. Views from house were beautiful.Close enough to enjoy gulf shores, but justfar enough away that it felt more private

Peaceful Location

We enjoyed the contactless check-in and our stay was 5 days of relaxation. Perfect location for beach privacy and a short driving distance to restaurants and entertainment. Family of five adults and an infant had plenty of room. Steps to the beach, clean, comfortable beds, and again...perfect location. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views, perfect location! This was an awesome stay, super clean and family friendly! The beach is a few steps away and close location to amenities is also a plus. Don’t hesitate to book this awesome location!!

Great Thanksgiving 2023

Great duplex steps away from beach and close to restaurants and shops. It was very clean, had lots of amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at this location! Great to walk out on the beach from our deck. The only thing we would want is a fire pit. We missed having a fire on the beach. We had a wonderful time
