OCEANVIEW Waves- Sea Vista Dr. (Anciennement SAND DRIFTER) Situé à seulement trois lots de l'océan et sur un lac au bord de l'océan, KOKOMO offre trois niveaux de vaste terrasse enveloppante offrant une vue incroyable sur l'océan. La vue est également spectaculaire depuis la confortable montre de navires / loft située au dernier étage de la maison. La grande salle spacieuse est accentuée par des plafonds voûtés. La salle à manger est affleurante avec des fenêtres donnant sur l'océan pour des levers fantastiques au petit-déjeuner. La piscine privée et le bain à remous pour 6 personnes ne sont que des marches à l’extérieur de la salle de jeux et du demi-bain intérieur. (Le foyer vu sur les images n'est pas disponible pour les clients.)

Lots of space! Well stocked kitchen

This was our 2nd time staying in this home. It is spacious and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. When we arrived the home was very clean and decently maintained.

All In Family Time

Great choice for getting together. Large living space with kitchen area that has room for several cooks. We felt connected at meal times. Plenty of quiet space if needed. We loved the close beach, freshwater kayaking and fishing out the back door, pool and hot tub. This home was perfect for activity or screen time. We would choose Kokomo again! Clean. Well equipped.

Great Property & Space (But Do Come Prepared)

Excellent, Clean, Organized, Spacious, and Relaxing Space. The only feedback I would provide visitor's is to come fully prepared, as though you are going camping in the wilderness, because the house is a shell with some basics like plates, cups, and beds, but you will need to provide the rest (Such as, not JUST food, but cooking oil, salt, pepper, condiments, ice, food, blankets, pillows, etc)

We had a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and in good condition. Bring a hairdryer if you need one because there aren't any in the house. Loved being able to bring the dog! The house is very nice and clean.

Nice, spacious house

We had a nice stay. I wish there had been a few things in the kitchen like salt, pepper, basics. Also, one day a service provider let himself in the house to change air filters. Although he called out from down below when he entered it would have been more appropriate to have received advanced notice that he was coming. I texted this issue but never received a response. There were a few issues with cleanliness: the mattress pad on the master bed was covered with some hair and light debris. That was gross, also there was a pile of dirt in the living room that appeared to have been swept and forgotten. Minor issues, I would go back if corrected.

Loving life at Kokomo

My husband and I (and our two dogs) were looking for a quiet and peaceful week away in the off season. That’s just what we got. The house was clean and the amenities were well maintained. The sunrise views over the lake were breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the wild life from the deck. The house is just a short walk to the ocean public access and in walking distance to a few restaurants and shops.

Needs Tlc

Lots of minor damage, like holes in doors, vanity doors crooked, towel bars broken and rusty cooking sheets. House is huge LOTS of stairs, would be nice if they had a package elevator. No parking at the beach is not convenient for small children or older people. They seemed to make us wait for check in for no reason. It would be nice to have a second fridge for that many people. Finally shower/ tubs are narrow and slippery, take a mat! Does have nice new beds, wonderful pool and comfy couch.
