OCEANVIEW Salvo - Galleon Drive. Avec une marche facile vers les vagues, vous trouverez de nombreuses raisons d'y aller et SURF IT UP. Pour une pause parmi les casse-croĂ»te, prenez un bain de soleil dans la piscine privĂ©e avec un bar Tiki ou faites tremper dans le bain bouillonnant. Entrez dans la salle de jeux du premier niveau et amusez-vous dans la salle de jeux avec table de billard, bar avec mini-rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et tĂ©lĂ©viseur / lecteur DVD et chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o. A proximitĂ© se trouve un demi-bain et une chambre des maĂźtres avec TV / DVD. Rendez-vous au deuxiĂšme niveau et profitez d'une sieste dans l'une des trois chambres confortables. Il y a une chambre principale avec lit king et une chambre avec 2 lits superposĂ©s et une chambre avec 2 lits simples qui donnent accĂšs Ă  la salle de bain complĂšte. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision / DVD. A l'Ă©tage, vous pouvez partager des histoires de surf dans la grande salle de haut niveau avec systĂšme de cinĂ©ma maison et beaucoup d'espace pour se prĂ©lasser. Fun trip!

It was a great trip. House more or less was great. It could be a bit cleaner and furniture in living room really needs to be updated or cleaned but other than that it was great! My group and i would stay again.

Very Nice

We had a great time at this property. The pool has lots of tree coverage so the pool was on the cooler side. Lots of steps just to be aware. We enjoyed everything and had a great trip. I would stay here again.

Family vaca

The house is lovely and we loved having 3 master bedrooms. The cornhole game that was promised was not useable. The bean bags were torn apart and the contents was rotting. I’m not sure how the cleaning company could bare leaving that smell and site out on the deck. The cleanliness in and around the outside of the house was disappointing but the house itself was great and we had an amazing time!

Beach/Pool fun

The pool was very clean but we had to skim it daily. The house was very nice and we had everything we needed. We had views of the ocean and the sound. The fridge on the top floor and on the bottom floor was great; especially for the ice makers. They only provided one roll of toilet paper for 6 bathrooms. â˜čThe furniture on the balconies and around the pool was very nice. The water pressure and hot water for the showers was nice. Had tv’s in all rooms but they were small. Had a great time with the family. Property manager told us there was a gas grill. There was not. The web site said just a charcoal grill. It is was very small. It is a block and half to the walk to the beach. Quite a distance when hauling kids, coolers and whatever you need for comfort. Wear shoes. The sand gets HOT

Nice house, needs better management

The actual rental process & checking in went smooth. Upon arrival we identified & reported lights not working in several rooms, one of which was the game room. First reported via email, then called and was told this would be a top priority but we left with these things never being fixed. While this may seem trivial on a beach vacation, it rained the first 3 days of our trip. The game room & pool table were unusable after sundown. The bedroom with 2 twin beds never had lights & the king suite on the 3rd floor had half the lights working. The lighting in first floor master were intermittent as the breaker kept kicking. Note: the hot tub does not have steps making it difficult to get in/out and the cover is broken.

Great house but not as described

Loved the house, loved the location however it was advertised as having corn hole boards therefore we did not bring ours from home. Once we arrived and noticed there was only 1 board there, we called the office and was told they would bring another board right out. They never brought it to us and after several calls and visits to their local office in Salvo, we never got our corn hole boards. Not a huge deal but was disappointing. House was not very clean and the pool was very dirty. Overall had a great vacation though.

We loved everything about the house. The wrap around porches and decks are luxurious. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. My only suggestion for improvement would be upgrading the grill and putting some steps around the hot tub.

Worse place ever!

This was the dirtiest place we have EVER stayed in. Pet hair was everywhere. Mold on the vents and even throw pillows. The cover to the hot tub was completely worn out and tattered. The pool lights nor the outside lights worked. Therefore we could not use the outside area in the evening or night. I called twice and was told someone would call me right back and would take care of it and or course no one did. I would never recommend Surf or Sound Realty again.

Exciting beach trip

My family stayed at this property in late August! The first impressions were fabulous! We had 10 adults- there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us! The haul to the beach everyday was a little longer than anticipated... if carrying only a beach chair and towel it would have been a quick trip. However we hauled coolers and chairs for the 10 of us plus beach games. Unfortunately once we reached the dunes it was a struggle to get the wagons up and over the dunes. The pool at the house was great. The hot tub as mentioned in previous reviews had frogs in it the first day. It also leaked water so it had to be filled by the hose every day which defeats the purpose of the hot tub ( it was not really hot after filling). All in all we had a great vacation there !!

Expectations Not Met

The swimming pool was good and the pool table in the lower level was good, The hot tub was difficult to get into. Except those two frogs seemed to be able to get in. The grill was a joke. The main stairs were not lighted at night which could have been hazardous, but fortunately no one slipped and fell. The sleeping loft was not as expected. It did not have the privacy associated with sleeping quarters. It was a few stairs away from the kitchen. The kitchen was not particularly well-endowed with equipment. The jaunt to the beach was long and challenging for the cart loaded with beach goodies. Generally speaking I probably would not recommend this particular house in the future.

Great stay

We really enjoyed this house and location. Everything was very clean and modern. It was close to everything. We did not use the beach access in the neighborhood except at night. It was a 5 - 8 minute walk which would have been tough if you have a big set up. We used the 4x4 access ramps which were very close. Great top decks for star gazing and sunsets.Would definitely recommend staying here.
