OCEANFRONT Waves - Sea Isle Hills. Amenez votre famille à WHIMSEAGULL WAVES cette année pour des vacances insolites sur l'île. Cette charmante maison en bord de mer située dans un cul-de-sac est décorée dans un charmant décor de plage. La piscine expansive offre de nombreux sièges pour votre groupe autour de la grande piscine en béton et au bar Tiki au bord de la piscine. Autres commodités au niveau du sol pour la plage et la piscine comprennent un bain de pieds juste à l'extérieur de la porte de la piscine pour se rincer sur le sable, une cabine de bain demi-bain et douche extérieure, et une table de nettoyage avec de l'eau et des lumières. Le premier niveau de la maison offre quatre chambres à coucher pour de beaux rêves. Une chambre king avec TV / DVD partage une baignoire avec une chambre avec 2 lits simples. Les deux ont un curseur sur le pont en bord de mer. Une chambre double avec télévision à écran plat partage un bain avec la chambre superposés. Le linge est également à ce niveau. Le niveau supérieur abrite une chambre double avec plafond voûté, TV à écran plat, belle vue sur l'océan et le curseur sur le pont de niveau supérieur. La grande salle spacieuse possède de hauts plafonds voûtés et des fenêtres qui atteignent le ciel à partir de laquelle vous pouvez voir les vues sur l'océan bleu de la Caroline. Le coin salon entoure une grande télévision à écran plat et cheminée à gaz, tandis que la salle à manger à proximité peut accueillir 10 à la table à manger, un autre 4 à une table de petit déjeuner et un autre 4 au bar de la cuisine. Tous les sièges permettent à votre famille de dîner avec une vue. La cuisine a beaucoup de comptoirs et de commodités pour le chef du groupe. Après le dîner, sortez sur le pont en bord de mer ou dans la piscine pour vous détendre dans le bain à remous sous les étoiles.

The house was as described on the listing. I always love getting to include my dog on vacation. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with. We had a few minor issues during our stay and I was able to text the host and get a very quick and helpful response. Definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. We had an issue with the pool bathroom not being cleaned when we arrived and the problem was taken care of ASAP . Other than that our stay was wonderful. The pool is so big compared to other houses we have stayed at. The entire pool area is perfect for a big family. The house is nice and big as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy - house was clean and ready early. Sand dunes were extremely bigger than pictured couldn't see the ocean except from 3rd floor. The fridge froze everything and couldn't adjust because they removed the knob. Hot tub was great!

Family vacation

The house is laid out very well for a large group. Loved the kitchen, dining and living room area as well as the top deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms need updating. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and beach access easy. We booked this property through VRBO but it is managed by Surf or Sound Realty which made things a bit confusing when we had questions or issues.

Great place!!

This house was amazing! The location was perfect and even though there is a dune between the house and the beach, access was easy. There were 12 of us total and there was ample room for everyone. We didn’t feel crowded at all. The kitchen was very well equipped and the layout of the house was nice. We enjoyed the many decks and the amazing pool area. The house was clean and well kept. We would love to visit this property again. Highly recommend!

Great place, pet friendly

Lovely house with a fabulous view of the ocean and amazing sunrises. Most of the bedrooms are downstairs, allowing family gatherings upstairs. Pool, hot tub, and tiki bar are outside for your enjoyment, as well as a private driveway. Short walk to the beach. Minutes from Rodanthe, and a convenient 45 minute drive to either Hatteras or Nags Head.

Great October Getaway.

My son and I came down for a one week stay in late October. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and the views from the main level were wonderful. The fireplace was nice in the evenings and put off a lot of heat. We were most concerned about the internet access because my high schooler was taking online classes due to COVID. The internet signal was very strong and we didn't have any difficulty. We did have an issue with the washing machine which was quickly addressed by management. Being able to bring our two dogs was great and they really enjoyed the beach and the sand. The kitchen had everything we needed and main level of the home was beautifully decorated.

Beautiful house, beautiful view...from

Overall, we had a great time. The house was clean, very homey, and had beautiful views...as well as being a beautiful house. As far as the pool being freezing, and I/we were unaware of adding that to our stay. It was to late when I called to see about the heating, and the amount was out of this world! The tiki bar/hot tub was a huge hit we used them every night and really enjoyed ourselves with family, and friends. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad but oceanfront usually means oceanfront...yes it’s a short walk but unfortunately we had a family member that couldn’t make the walk to the beach because of health issues, and the hill was to much for him. We had a great time, and made great memories there. Just wish we were more aware of the heating of the pool because it was almost unbearable. Beautiful pool but could only enjoy till 2 pm after the sun shifted it was shaded.

Great way to end the summer

The house was great, beautiful views from every corner. The pool and hot tub was nice and relaxing. Plenty of sleep space and well stocked kitchen. The house was not vaccuumed very well when we got there but I called housekeeping and they came out and recleaned what we asked for. I liked that the linens and towels were laundered and seeled in bags upon our arrival.

Amazing views..so close to the beach!!

The house was beautiful and well kept! Large and perfect for a small group. We stayed with our 3 children ages 8, 4 and 4 months, my mother, and a good friend who tagged along as well and our pup. The pool was a great extra to have - especially in between our trips to the beach! Great for cooling off after the walk back and lugging all our beach supplies too. I will say, the pool filter system is not the right size (too small) for the pool, and so we did have to clean the pool pretty constantly. The sand dunes behind this property are TALL on either beach access, and so it was definitely a little bit of a workout to get to the beach every day - but it is super close to the shoreline so that made up for it :) House was clean and very well kept! Only thing we noticed was that air vents could use some scrubbing and a few were coming out of the ceiling vents themselves..just need to be tightened up a bit. There were also a few nails on the decks that need to be hammered back down into place to avoid snagging/scratching feet (especially for the little ones). Beds could use replacing as we noted that they were very very soft and not too comfortable..but these are nitpicking critiques and we had a wonderful time and the house and location were great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
