"Second Wind" Joliment rénové Maison 5 BR avec accès à la plage! Vues magnifiques sur l'océan!

À deux pas de la plage, Second Wind est un paradis sur terre! Vues sur l'océan abondent dans cette maison élevée de 5 chambres. L'intérieur est ouvert et aéré avec beaucoup d'espace pour la famille et les amis. La lumière naturelle inonde l'intérieur de cette maison en la gardant ensoleillée toute l'année! L'espace porche est parfait pour profiter de la brise marine après une journée de plaisir au soleil!

Le premier niveau a un plan d'étage ouvert avec des planchers de bois partout. La cuisine se jette dans la salle à manger et le salon avec des built-ins de chaque côté de la cheminée. Le salon s'ouvre sur un grand porche doté de fauteuils à bascule Adirondack surplombant l'océan. Au large du salon, vous trouverez un bar et une grande buanderie avec accès extérieur pour plus de commodité!

Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres et 3 1/2 salles de bains. Au premier étage, le maître avec un lit king a une salle de bain privée. Deux grandes chambres - une avec deux reines, et l'autre avec un lit de repos et une reine - partagent une salle de bain complète.

Montez les escaliers pour trouver deux autres chambres, une charmante chambre avec lits superposés et la suite parentale. Cette chambre a un balcon extérieur privé avec vue sur l'océan, immense walk-in, un mur de built-ins pour le stockage et les livres, et une salle de bain principale avec une grande baignoire, douche et deux lavabos. Le salon du maître est la cerise sur le gâteau! Entouré de verre, les vues sur l'océan sont magnifiques. Il y a des volets de plantation pour laisser entrer la lumière naturelle, mais aussi pour préserver l'intimité C'est la maison parfaite pour vos prochaines vacances! My family had a wonderful time this summer. We loved the location - right next to beach and quick walk to Wild Dunes. The house is spacious, open layout and very clean. Kitchen was also really well stocked. Property management company was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We fell in love with this house and the location! Everything was perfect! It is a roomy, well-equipped home that is beautifully decorated with an easy, quick walk to the beach. We will be booking this property again soon.

Just the Dunes away from relaxation

Fantastic property every room view of the ocean great porch for coffee, short walk to expansive beach and fantastic dog property with hose for dog and human feet cleaning. Truly a getaway might be our new family go to in November!

perfectly appointed home for a family vacation

We have stayed at Second Wind before. The house has everything needed for a family beach week. The new appliances are fantastic. The yard and house was very clean. The five bedrooms are spread out for privacy.

House could have been cleaner for sure. We were told we couldn’t check In early because they were deep cleaning. Either they didn’t tell us the truth or they need new house cleaners. Other than needing more cleaning it was great.

Thank you for your feedback, Abbe - we have fabulous housekeepers and unfortunately, the owner had some maintenance scheduled prior to your arrival which is why we couldn't allow an early check-in. Perhaps, they didn't clean up as well as expected but we are always happy to send the cleaners back out if something is not up to par. Thank you again for your feedback.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. However, we had a continual problem with one of the alarms that sounded in the early morning hours between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. Despite daily calls to the property management company they were unable to resolve the problem.

What a treat! Beautiful, well-kept, spacious house on the beach

Second Wind was perfect for our Christmas gathering of 3 families including 6 adults and 4 little girls. Three separate and spacious sleeping quarters, a large common space with comfortable furniture and a kitchen stocked with all we needed for holiday baking and meal prep. The linens were fresh and new. The house spotless. The garden tub in the upstairs master suite was a hit with the little girls after they braved the ocean each afternoon. Oh, the giggles as the cousins played in the hot bubbly water!

Great Family location

Good place to stay with family. A little disappointed in we had problems at check-in when the code didn't work; the gas on the grill was empty, etc. I expected more attention to be paid to the little details especially for the money paid. That being said, the property manager took care of the grill within hours and they were easy to work with. We had a great stay especially since we had not been able to be together for over a year. It was nice to be together and in such a beautiful setting.
