The home was clean and very well appointed and the location was perfect for our multi generational family trip There was a difference between the information on the email we received prior to arrival, and the actual process for use of the pool but we resolved that quickly. Communication with our contact was excellent, though it was clear that her assistant (whom we called when our contact was out of town) had not passed along our concern in a timely manner.

Property location was perfect for our girls trip. Beds were comfortable. Space was well decorated. There were beach towels despite the listing saying there weren’t any which was a nice surprise.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our large family. The beach proximity was awesome and all the space for the gear in the garage was a perk. The host was a great communicator. We would love to stay here again!

Communication was wonderful from owner, the location cannot be beat, the house was well stocked with all the things we needed. Our only negative was we could tell the house had not been well cleaned between guests.

We were very disappointed with this rental this past week for 8000 dollars.Yes, it is nicely furnished, which is why I chose it. However, unbeknownst to us, the house only a few feet away from us, was being being totally gutted and rehabbed all week with hammers, saws, loud banging, vans and cars blocking our exit from the driveway. We had no peace all week, even on Saturday. We notified the owner of this gross disturbance and would have accepted a discount or another rental. No, she totally ignored us and just hoped we would go away. This a warning to other renters not to rent from this owner. She will be totally unresponsive to your needs or requests. In addition, there were stairs to the upstairs that were warped and broken and were very to children and adults alike. A disgusting and stained toilet upstairs that needs to replaced in the master bathroom. A dryer in the kitchen that did not work. All of these could have been taken care of before renters come in.

Lovely stay

Our group of friends stayed at the house for a nearby wedding. The home was spacious, the kitchen well-stocked with tools, and the location near the beach was excellent. The house made it easy for the 12 of us, including one young kiddo, to both spend time together and also get quiet moments alone. Everything was simple, from check-in to check-out! Thanks for a sweet stay!
