Joliment meublĂ© et spacieux appartement sous-sol. SituĂ© dans le centre de la ville juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Ridge Park et Ă  proximitĂ© de SUU. Le sous-sol est privĂ©, avec une entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e et un code de boĂźte postale, aucun escalier pour entrer et beaucoup de places de stationnement du cĂŽtĂ© nord. Cuisine meublĂ©e avec micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetiĂšre, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, cuisiniĂšre et tout le nĂ©cessaire pour cuisiner soi-mĂȘme. Netflix, cĂąble et jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© fournis. Ma famille vit Ă  l'Ă©tage et au rez-de-chaussĂ©e toute l'annĂ©e. Notre maison est dans un endroit parfait, Ă  un peu plus d'un mile du Temple de Cedar City et du Festival Shakespeare. Profitez de votre sĂ©jour dans le magnifique sud de l'Utah!
Il y a tellement de superbes sentiers de randonnée / pistes cyclables à proximité. Nous sommes également à proximité du centre aquatique, du lac sur la colline, de la patinoire et du Wal-Mart. Kolob Canyon est à 20 minutes, Cedar Breaks 30 minutes, Brian Head 45 minutes, Zion National Park 75 minutes, et Bryce Canyon 90 minutes.

Keep in mind that there is a family living above this spot! You will hear them all day and in the night! If this will disrupt you, this is not the spot for you. We have stayed here a couple of time. It’s perfectly located in between family in the area. We love the ease of access and that it is close off the freeway. We will be staying again!

This is really nice apartment. The apartment is very well furnished with everything you might need even some necessities in the refrigerator. Laundry room was great. Beds were comfy. Air conditioning/heating was good but would prefer to be able to have some control of it. You could hear the family upstairs quite often throughout the day and night but it wasn’t beyond what you’d expect in the listing. Entry/driveway is private. I enjoyed the stay.

We had a great stay. This place is clean and had everything we needed. We went to the Shakespeare festival and we ended up walking to the festival a few times it is just under a mile and was fun walk. So glad we found this place it is a great price for what it offers. Thanks so much!!!

Great Stay!

This property was clean, cool and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our hiking adventures in Cedar Breaks, Kanarra Falls and Kolob Canyon. We honestly we so greateful for the air conditioning after hiking in the heat.

Great place! We will stay again.

We came to town to visit family outside of Cedar and attend a basketball tournament in St. George, this location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Close to the highway, close to stores, food, and many activities. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a cute park less than a minute walk away. Great communication from host, very welcoming and accommodating. This will be our first choice to stay on our future trips.

This was the cleanest, most welcoming home I have been able to stay in. Host was kind even though I was not able to remember North from South. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect.

Excellent location and a lovely place

This is our second stay (and not the last). We come for the Shakespeare Festival and the location is so great! And the basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and well equipped.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. It was extremely coinvent to Cedar City. This basement apartment was perfect for my Wife and I and our 16 year old. The bathroom had dual sinks which is always best when sharing the bathroom so everyone can get ready in the morning. This apartment was fully equipped and had anything that was needed. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

I have become an avid hiker over the past several years and I cannot believe how many gems I have been missing out on all this time. I also love to pitch horseshoes, read, spend time with my family, playing games, and of course spend as much time outdoors as I possibly can!

Honestly, I don't think you can find a better city then Cedar City. We are surrounded by so many amazing places to explore and discover. You can go within 60 miles in any direction and be AMAZED! Southern Utah is what makes Utah the most beUtahiful state! The people are friendly and kind. We have so many different local festivals, events, and activities throughout the year. From the popular Utah Shakespeare Festival in the Summer to the Heritage Festival in the Fall. You do not want to miss your chance to discover our great city.
