Nous avons 2 cabines et 1 petite maison cabine ouverte toute l'année ... Les deux cabines ont été récemment rénovées avec chaleur et air et la petite maison a été construite et livrée en mai 2018!

Notre mission est de fournir aux clients une expérience exceptionnelle où les gens aiment passer du temps ensemble et créer des souvenirs inoubliables pendant leur séjour au Laurel Bush Cabins. Laurel Bush offre également une expérience unique pour les clients de se connecter avec et profiter des éléments naturels immaculés des Great Smoky Mountains et de la paisible rivière Tuckaseigee.

Laurel Bush est une communauté riveraine exceptionnelle comme aucune autre dans l'ouest de la Caroline du Nord. Nous offrons l'escapade parfaite pour profiter de toutes les activités et expériences de 4 saisons dont la Caroline du Nord est fière. Entouré par les Great Smoky Mountains et niché sur les rives de la rivière Tuckaseigee, Laurel Bush est naturellement adapté pour les loisirs et les aventures. Was an excellent location and the house was perfectly clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels/bedding and the washing machine was a nice touch. I appreciated having separate mini split systems for the bedroom and Common area as well. Excellent home base for a fishing trip! The downtown area of Sylvia was really neat which I wasn’t expecting. Great location for getting to the casino as well.

My family and I were moving my son into his dorms at Western Carolina University. We need somewhere close to stay that was affordable. The property is absolutely amazing! It was very clean and very comfortable. The cutest thing you ever saw! The kids (even with them being teenagers !) enjoyed the river! The owner was very quick to respond to me if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this to someone else! 10 out of 10!

The cabin was lovely! It was very clean and comfortable. Listing was accurate. We were family of 6, kids aged 14-8 and we fit very comfortably for such a tiny home. We stayed for 1 night- if a trip was for longer than a night or 2, I could foresee the 1 bathroom being an issue, but for our quick trip it proved be a perfect place. Host was very easy to communicate with and gave a wonderful recommendation for breakfast for us as well! View on the balcony was beautiful and so peaceful. All around a great place!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect and everything immaculate. The deck offers a great view of the river and the sound of the water rushing was so relaxing. I especially enjoyed watching the many kayaks and tubers pass by. There were also geese and other birds in and around the water. We will definitely go back again and we recommend anyone to visit if given the chance. Thanks so much!

This is an awesome cabin getaway! The location is minutes from multiple downtown areas, the cabin is clean and in great condition, and sitting on the porch listening to the river made for the most relaxing vacation. Highly recommend this place!

Little paradise

This was our second time staying, we rented a smaller cabin on the same strip the first time. We were hoping to rent the same cabin again, but it was fully booked so we got the larger cabin. We were only 3 so it gave us some extra space. It was wonderful to be on the river, since my boy enjoy fly fishing. It’s close to town, so lots of little stores and restaurants to explore. Very responsive host, easy check in and out!

Relaxing weekend getaway

Tiny Bearadise is exactly as advertised. We stayed over two nights while visiting our son at Western Carolina, and found it very convenient to Dillsboro, Sylva, and the WCU campus. If you like a more scenic ride, I'd highly recommend driving River Road from Dillsboro to Cullowhee. The accommodations were clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for several meals. We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Unlike a prior reviewer, I had absolutely no problem taking the trash 20 yards to the centrally located trash cans. Sitting on the deck listening to the Tuckaseegee roll by was incredibly relaxing, as was hanging out by the firepit with a small fire. It does sleep 8, but you'd want to be very close friends. The loft area would be great for a child or two at least 8 years old. If you're into outdoor sports, enjoy being away from the crowd, and don't mind a smaller space, then definitely come to Bearadise. If I'd had a kayak with me, I would have dropped it into the water right from the cabin. If you're more of a Hilton Honors traveler, look elsewhere.

It was perfect for our family of 4! We put the kids upstairs and used the bunk area for their luggage. We spent most of our time exploring the area, but really enjoyed the deck space when at the cabin.

Born and raised in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina, our little family is very involved in our community. We have two adventurous little boys who enjoy the outside and nature as much as we do! As the owners, we run this business all by ourselves to ensure our guests have a wonderful trip to our "neck of the woods".

Tavish also is a Registered Nurse who studied at Western Carolina University where she received her Masters in Nursing Administration. Shortly after receiving this degree, Tavish also became a Board Certified Nurse Executive.

Tavish is the founding Chair of the Sylva Rotary Satelitte Club. Our family lives the Rotary moto, "Service above self." We welcome travelers to our cozy cabin on the river  so we can share the wonderful gift that Mother Earth has provided us here in the mountains.

Jason, Tavish's husband is the CEO of Cutting Edge Welding & Fabrication. He is also a founding member of the Sylva Rotary Satellite Club.

We are also members of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce. Please visit at mountainlovers for a calendar of events and fun things to do in the mountains!
