The apartment was like a home from home, providing all the essentials required for our stay. The beds were comfortable and facilities were good. It was clean though there was a strange smell in the courtyard outside the kitchen area but most probably to do with drains. The terrace is perfect for taking in the surrounding views but be careful if you have small children because of the spiral staircase; it is high and could be dangerous if you’re not paying attention. The other thing to mention is the location, the property is at the top of a very long steep incline which we hadn’t quite taken into account before booking. The agents were helpful when it came to check in though they hadn’t been advised we were arriving a day earlier but all was fine. A great property to stay in, thank you!

Just returned from 9 nights in this amazing apartment. The photos do not do it justice as ample living space with two bedrooms, two large bathrooms with showers and a balcony with a table for 6 with great views - all on the same floor. Then there is a steep spiral staircase which may be tricky for people less mobile? which leads to a fantastic roof terrace. Large enough for a seating area with extendable table for at least 6, under a gazebo, area to put the four sun beds, a great day bed for two which lays flat and then a sofa and two wicker chairs for pre dinner drinks. Combine this with a small BBQ and an electric plancha it was the perfect entertaining area the views were great and there was plenty of umbrellas if you needed shade. We would definitely recommend this place and the host was so accommodating and helpful with quick responses.

Beautiful property

Communication with the host was easy and he was so helpful. The apartment was beautiful and had everything that was needed. The complex is lovely and location is great 20 minute walk to the port and 10 minute to nearest beach.

what can I say everything was very good from the roof terrace to the to the swimming pool. very well equipped. really enjoyed going down to the marina, to have a meal on an evening. we would definitely like to return at some point in the future!

The accommodation was excellent. The views from the Terrace and the solarium are fantastic of the sea and the mountains. It is very well furnished and has all of the utensils and extras that you would need to have an easy experience and fantastic holiday.Incredibly easy to book and to collect the keys.Communication prior to departing and the instructions about arriving at the apartment were clear simple and easy to follow.I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to any family looking to stay in this area, however a car would be recommended.

I stayed in this flat for just under three months in the winter of 2026. It’s a great flat, with a smart TV showing all German channels via Apple AirPlay and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea from the glass-fronted balcony. This meant I was often able to use the balcony for dinner. One minor drawback is the climb to the flat, which is just under 1 km long with a gradient of up to 11% – it’s not possible to cycle up it on a standard bike. I had to push it up.

A lovely, spacious apartment with excellent views and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The décor is slightly dated, but this does not detract from the overall experience. In the children’s bedroom there was some minor previous water damage on the lower wall between the sliding doors, and moisture-absorbing containers in the wardrobe, but overall the apartment was clean, well maintained, and felt like a home from home.The gated complex is beautiful, with immaculately kept grounds and excellent swimming pools. Its hillside location means a car is recommended, but this also provides peace, privacy, and wonderful views. The underground parking was a real bonus, particularly in the hot weather. Check-in was generally well organised, with good communication and clear instructions from Yvon. Arriving at night made key collection slightly tricky, as the external key safe was not immediately obvious, but a call to the out-of-hours number quickly resolved the issue. Once inside, everything was straightforward. It would be helpful for future guests arriving late to be directed straight to the apartment key safe to make arrival smoother. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this quiet and comfortable holiday home in the Costa del Sol.

Great apt and location walking distance to hills and walks everything you want in the apt only minus was the sofas were not comfy for a long stay could do with updating but don't let this put you off great views from the large upstairs solarium convenient for lift and parking beds were comfy outside choice of furniture was amazing host and agent was very helpful would definitely recommend to anyone and would book again

Our trip to Sabi

We have stayed here before and love the area and the accommodation. We may have been the first ones in for some time, because, whilst the house was clean, there was lots of dust on the floors throughout the house. So we had to get the mop and bucket out before we could unpack properly, which was the only disappointment. Other than that, we loved our stay. Many thanks Gerry

Bella Vista Princesa Kristina Hills Apartment

A very clean, tidy and well equipped apartment that generally suited our requirements. The host is polite and responds to emails promptly. This property is situated at the top of a steep hill and would always require a car to get to the beach, the shops and the port/marina. Suggestions to improve the property would be fitting curtains to the main bedroom as the blind is ill fitting and a serious tidy up of all the cables around the TV. These would be problematic for an unattended toddler, Overall though, the property was good value for money and would suit many people.

We had been to the apartment before so new the layout and area. The appartment was as good as last time and the views and area as wonderful. The only downside was the cleaning. Although the apartment was clean the outside space (2 balconies and the wonderful full size roof terrace with it's spiral stairs up to it) there had been no or very little cleaning. We had to sweep under the tables in all these areas and clean the tops of the tables. I don't believe this was the case the last time we visited. But having said that the apartment and facilities were wonderful and we will come again.

Très bel appartement avec une grande terrasse offrant une magnifique vue sur la Méditerranée et les montagnes de Manilva. A quelques minutes de la mer en voiture, les commerces & restos sont aussi à proximité. Le condo est très confortable, bien aménagé, en excellente condition et les photos reflètent très bien l’état des lieux. Plus: Place réservée au garage intérieur avec accès direct à l’ascenseur, tellement utile avec les bagages et sacs d’épicerie.

Logement de qualité,calme dans une très belle résidence sécurisée

Je conseille cette location pour passer un séjour dans les hauteurs de Manilva. Effectuer des belles ballades soit vers les hauteurs soit vers la plage. Parfait pour entretenir ou améliorer sa forme physique. J’en suis ravi.

Trés belle location

Nous avons passé 16 jours dans cette location qui est conforme à la description. Très bon échanges avec le propriétaire qui nous a à chaque fois répondu très rapidement (moins de 30min) à nos questions avant notre départ. L'appartement est très bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisines, couverts, verres, il y a même un sèche linge. L’accès a la piscine et direct, à la sortie de l'immeuble. Très belle piscine et surtout très bien entretenue. Nous avons pu profiter des belles plages à proximité de l'appartement. Seul bémol, la literie qui n'est pas en adéquation avec les prestations de l'appartement, les matelas sont vraiment trop fin à peine 10cm d'épaisseurs. Nous recommandons cette location.

Location impeccable

Nous avons passée 15 jours dans cet appartement (2 adultes et 02 enfants), tout est conforme à la description,nous n’avons manqué de Rien.... il y à tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons également apprécié la qualité de service du contact sur place, La résidence est très bien entretenue (Piscine, jardins) et très calme. Une très Bonne Prestation.

Le top

Très bel appartement propre, spacieux, magnifiquement décoré et équipé. Il ne manque rien! La vue des terrasses est a coupé le souffle et le confort sur la terrasse supérieure est tout simplement génial, transats, parasol, salon avec coussin, salle à manger, sets de pic-nic, eau, électricité! On pourrait y rester jour et nuit! Le port de la Duquesa est à quelques minutes en voiture et on peut y trouver toutes les cuisines du monde. Avant de déguster de savoureux plats, il faut prendre l'apéro dans les bars sympas du port. Pour les courageux il y a de très belles balades à faire à pied le long de la mer! Un magnifique séjour dans une location idéale!

El Alojamiento está muy bien. Muy completo y con una terraza en la planta superior estupenda y con todo lo necesario para pasar un gran estancia. La cocina muy completa aunque algunos aparatos no funcionaban como era la cafetera dolce gusto. Es un gran apartamento si quieres pasar unas vacaciones allí pero es necesario vehículo para moverse. Lo peor de todo es el checkout que hay que hacerlo muy temprano. Eso hace que el último dia de vacaciones no lo disfrutes hasta tarde. Deberían tenerlo en cuenta.
