Donât have a single bad thing about this property. Location is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. Appreciate the beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards.
The condo is a perfect location and having the golf deal was great. The salt water infinity pool was beautiful and we were in it every day. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk. And the lani was great for meals or just coffee or wine. I highly recommend.
Great location, amenities, golf discount. Huge thank you for all the extras provided. Kitchen items, beach chairs, snorkel gear, bicycles. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
The home is very cozy and clean with all the extras needed. There were snorkels and boogie boards and bikes! The home was clean and comfortable. The garage will only fit a small sedan. It is a very tiny one-car garage. The lock on the door does not have a deadbolt to lock the door from the inside just the code lock. The view is great and the loft is a nice bonus. Walking distance to the Queen and King shopping centers. Overall a nice place. I would stay again.
Fourth time staying at the Fairway Villas, first time in this condo. Best location by far. Views and privacy allotted by palm trees was nice. We were able to leave our windows open the whole time and enjoy the trade winds.
Only complaint I had was the extremely loud sound of tile saw going every morning as the tile was being replaced one floor below us. It would have been nice to know that before we showed up. Very irritating when you want to just chill and enjoy the condo. It forced us out to explore the island. Other than that it was great.
This was a great place for our group of six. Everyone got a bed and no one had to use the sofa sleeper in the living room. The location was great; walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit was well appointed although Iâm not sure how much of it was stuff that was left behind by prior guests. The small inconveniences included the very tight garage which we didnât use since the my husband couldnât open the car door wide enough to get out of the driverâs side; the car was a small SUV, as well a a very noisy master bed which creaked and groaned horribly when anyone made a move. I would also suggest having hot pads or oven mitts in the unit for cooking safety. Overall I would highly recommend this vacation home!
This was a great rental overall. It was exactly what we expected from the description online. It was close to shopping and beaches. Great location and the response from the property manager was great. We had a WiFi issue and they sent someone out the next day.
The downfall was the unit was not very tidy when we arrived. The bathrooms and kitchen are in need of a deep cleaning.

Unit N33 was the perfect place for the family to staycation in. Spacious unit with everything you might need and even more! Having a two-bedroom unit was great and having a loft to boot made our trip an excellent one! Owners provide so many extras in the kitchen and bathroomsâeven a full-size bottle of dishwashing liquid! We would love to return soon.
The condo was nice and clean. Thank you for also providing beach towels.
Things that I would say need improvement. Instructions for parking. Most of the spots are marked RESERVED and we were instructed to not park in those. It took a day and half to find out we were allowed to use the garage and then had difficulty locating the opener. Also that was the only rental I have stayed in that there was no spices or cooking items left from previous renters. We usually leave the things like mustard ketchup etc for others. There was nothing, not even salt and pepper. Just seems wasteful if it all gets thrown out.
That said, it was an overall nice place to stay in a lovely location, easy to walk everywhere. Thank you
