G684 Venez profiter de chez vous loin de chez vous. Cette unité est un deux chambres au troisiÚme étage avec vue sur l'océan. La reine est dans la chambre principale et le K dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Il n'y a PAS de canapé-lit, cet appareil ne peut accueillir que 4 personnes. Cette unité deux téléviseurs avec lecteur DVD et un Wet bar. LES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE NE SONT PAS AUTORISES. Les clients de Gearhart House ont accÚs à une piscine intérieure chauffée, un bain à remous et une salle d'exercice.

The space, location and view were great! However the building and unit are older. The unit could use an update flooring, cabinets and appliances are heavily used and definitely showing their age. Construction noise for another unit made daytime relaxation impossible - we talked with management to resolve.

This is our second stay with Gearhart By The Sea and the experience was just as good as our first stay. The staff is welcoming, the room was clean and decently appointed. The ocean view and fireplace made for a perfect weekend escape. We walked across the road for our tee times at Gearhart golf links an dinner at Mcmenamins Sand Trap Pub. Highly recommend.

Nice retreat on the Oregon Coast

Nice property, clean room, and good views. Bedrooms can get a bit warm in the summer and we did have an issue with neighbors dog barking one night. Management seemed to stop that problem though and overall it was a good place to stay.

Three Star Condo

This condo is very dated. The bathrooms are small and the heating system is baseboard units. (No air conditioning.) To get out to the balcony you have to step over a1' ledge. Not good for older adults. The condo was clean enough, but not a five star stay. The carpet was stained in the

Great location but the property is falling apart.

A great location! Unfortunately, the property needs maintenance and a serious repair. The lamp light on the balcony are rusted. The electrician couldn't fix that. The property has a stuffy, dirty smell. Old furniture. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart. Old uncomfortable beds. Very pricey for what you get. We fill robbed. Not coming back. Not coming back

Long weekend with a twist

We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. Check-in was easy and quick. We found the unit clean and well appointed. The following morning we got up. As we were enjoying a cup of coffee and a great view of the ocean with whales spouting, a roto hammer started. It sounded like it was in the unit next door. The building is concrete. The noise was deafening and traveled throughout it. A call was made to the front desk to ask if this was going to last for the day. They confirmed it was. A construction crew was installing new sliding doors on a couple of units. The doors were late and the construction crew was trying to get them installed. Gearhart by the Sea personnel were very accommodating and found us a unit in the building next door where the sound could not be heard. Our long weekend was saved and turned out to be very relaxing and restful.

Nice condo, great ocean view

We greatly enjoyed this condo during our 3 night stay. The view is outstanding, an unobstructed one of a long stretch of ocean and beach. The condo was very clean and had what we needed for cooking. The location was very good for visiting other locations along the coast. The flow-through ventilation made the temperature in the condo very comfortable both during the day and at night. Washers and dryers in the complex were also very handy.

Fun spot in quieter area

Gearhart feels less swamped with people than locations like Seaside and Cannon Beach farther south but still has access to great hiking, fishing, and amenities.

Only thing i had a problem with is with the cable service or sattle lite service. But other then that my family had a great time! I will love to experience the coast again.

Great getaway for our family of 4

Property was clean and well-stocked with an amazing view of the beach! Gave it 4 stars because the bed mattresses weren't the best, and we were disappointed that the listing did not state that the pool was closed. We decided to extend our stay an extra night and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely go back!
