House was clean and cute, loved it! Loved the big fenced yard that was available to my fur babies!I will say the only downfall was walking into a hot house because the AC units were off, but once you turn them on it gets pretty cold in there. Host was great as well, quick response time!

Property was great, within 2 minutes of boat ramp and beach with splash pad. Nice fenced In yard and cozy house. Plenty of parking my wife brought her car and still had plenty of space to park my truck and boat with a total length of a little more than 60’. Will definitely book again on my return trips to come down and fish and always a plus was able to bring my dogs with me. Great experience would recommend to anyone.

Perfect get away house for small family and dogs

House was clean and welcoming, with a very large fenced yard that was great for our pups. Great location close to the pier, beach and downtown area. We will for sure be booking again.

Great place to unwind.

Cute little cottage with a nice yard. Have stayed here before and it’s always clean and comfortable. Owners are very friendly and accommodating.

Peaceful Palacios

Enjoyed staying at this charming, comfortable house equipped with everything needed for a getaway. My dogs enjoyed the well maintained fenced yard. Hoping to return soon!

Terrific Fishing Getaway

The property was as advertised, with a great location, and clean, well-stocked amenities. The host is well organized and has an efficient check-in/out system and good correspondence. A fenced yard is a bonus when traveling with pets. We look forward to booking again for our next fishing adventure.

Great Little Getaway!

House is super cute & clean! Well appointed & accurately depicted. Hosts truly though of everything guests might need. Great fenced yard that our dog & her humans enjoyed! Quaint little community with wonderful walking areas along the bay & in pretty little parks. Friendly folks too. Would like to visit again!

This was the best 3 day vacation I’ve ever had. Close to the beach/water/pavilion area, grocery store, restaurants, etc. The house was so cute and very clean. I had no issues at all. I would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Palacious 1st Time

We have never used a VRBO before. The past 12 years we were in a motorhome. This house was charming and had everything we needed. Good restaurants and for me- fishing. Weather was good. We definitely will be back again. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your vacation home.

cute and quiet

The house was cute and the neighborhood was fairly quiet.The bed was real comfortable. The living room furniture was a little worn out. Washer and dryer was an awesome convenience. The kitchen could use some updating. Some new cooking pans and less clutter. Had a nice relaxing time.

Our family stayed 4 nights at this lovely home in Palacios. Dale was a perfect host, checking in with us at booking, check-in and after. Based on other vacations, we brought a lot of things with us and found we really only needed to show up and relax. Everything about this home and its location is outstanding!!! Just what we needed!

Family Memories - Old and New

From the booking process to questions answered, check in to checkout, this property was a dream. Dale was quick to answer any questions. Everything imaginable was stocked and ready to use at the house. My adult son came with me and my granddaughters at the last minute, making our stay even more memorable (watching the funcle with his nieces kept me in laughter). My parents had lived in Palacios, 10 foot from the water for 15 years, which made me wonder if we’d be disappointed. 100% we loved it! Making new memories while remembering old memories made for an (almost) perfect trip. (If only the fishing had cooperated.) Book this little gem, you’ll be glad you did.
