Las Palmas est situé juste en face des plages de sable fin de Gulf Shores, dans l’Alberta, à environ 0,3 km du T, The Hangout, de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Deux chambres (2) récemment rénovées, 2) L'unité de bain est située au cœur de Gulf Shores et peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes (avec un lit supplémentaire pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes) !!! Les installations comprennent deux piscines, plusieurs barbecues, une laverie à chaque étage et un parking privé couvert.

La cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances, y compris une cafetière Keurig et un mixeur Ninja. La chambre principale a un lit king size HDTV à écran plat et une salle de bain privée. La chambre d'amis a deux lits superposés et un lit superposé complet / Twn - parfait pour les enfants! Les salles de bains des maîtres et des invités sont de taille normale, et viennent avec des échantillons de shampooings et de savons ainsi que tous les draps de bain nécessaires pour votre séjour.

I really enjoyed my stay! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I had no issues with entry or anything inside the condo. Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

We had a great Spring Break week at Las Palmas. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you might need, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the towels were brand new! This was the perfect place for our group (4 high school seniors and a couple moms). We also loved the way it is decorated. Great week all around!

Just fine!

We needed a small place for a week get away and this was great. The girls loved the pool! We were pleasantly surprised by the space saving floor fans and the ceiling fans😃Beds and pillows were comfy. Recliners we’re great!

We loved this condo and very much appreciated how clean it was. The only negative was having to cross the street to get to the beach. But the pool on property was fun too! Very family-oriented, safe and quiet.

Great place to stay for the price

Wasn't a very extravagant place but didn't really spend much time there anyways. There was a unknown stain on the comforter but just used a different blanket. But other then that is was comfortable place to stay.

Great family unit

This unit is perfect for a family! Great location, clean property, the pools were a lifesaver with the gulf being red flags our entire trip. I had my 3 teens and they enjoyed the bunk room. The property management made check in an easy process. I would definitely book this unit again.

Great little unit

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was very clean and in a central location, close to the beach. The only down side was it was slightly less stocked than normal - no coffee filters, the normal salt and pepper, oil, etc. Plenty of plates and cups, very nice pans. The master bed was very comfortable, but the bunk beds were not. Overall, a good value for price. Would stay again!

Great location

Great location. We went for the shrimp festival and never had to get in our car. The condo was ok, but not very clean and the smoke detector was pulled out of the wall. We were just there to sleep so we weren't worried about it. The previous reviews reported how clean the condo was so that's why I booked it.

Get ready to take the stairs!

Pros: This place is literally right across the street from beach access. The pool is clean and nice. Cons: We did not realize that this is up 3 flights of old wooden stairs which i heard about EVERYTIME we had to climb the them.

Terrific!

Loved Las Palmas 210! Very clean. No major issues with anything. Management easily accessible and was willing to even assist with recommendations since this was our first trip to Gulf Shores. Everyone at the condo was very friendly also. The Pier 33 Grocery was right down the street and was very convenient. Best beach vacation to date! Can't wait to book with Beachball Properties again!

Older unit but nice and clean

The complex is an older one but the unit was very clean and comfortable. Liked the bunk room with the four beds, making it easy for our granddaughter to have friends with her. The only drawback was there was no elevator and this unit was on the third floor. If this information was in the listing, I missed it. My husband did not enjoy lugging all our stuff up so many stairs.
