This property must have been built specifically for VRBO vacation rentals. It was perfect for sharing with several couples as each bedroom had a private ensuite bathroom. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area is modern and spacious. This VRBO is within walking distance to the Palm Beach hotel area and close to several beach areas. Maria greeted us when we arrived and was available anytime we had a question or needed a recommendation. The pool was wonderful after spending the day on the beach or exploring the island. If you like a locally caught fresh fish dinner, it is worth the drive across the island to Zeerover’s restaurant. Quite the experience. We look forward to a return trip.

I want to give this house a 10 out of 10 rating; it's very accommodating! The owner was easy to communicate with, the house was spotless, and the location was perfect! The pool was great too! However, it needs just a few upgrades. We were told to turn the A/C off when we were not in the house. One A/C unit did not cool the first bedroom off much at all. The washer did not work well, and the lock on the 5th bedroom was extremely difficult. And it was nearly impossible to have hot showers for the number of us that stayed there. The hot water heater could not keep up. However, this house is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. I would just hope a few things are fixed.

Great property: the house, the pool, bougainvilleas to die for and palm trees to make everybody happy
 everything fresh, new, clean
 very well designed
 all amenities one would ever need
Great location: walking distance to the beautiful Palm Beach, restaurants, Ritz-Carlton coffee shop, Black Pearl cruise, water sports
 a few minutes by car to the SuperFood supermarket or Oranjestad, if desired
 We also visited more remote restaurants, enjoyed the 8-hr ABC Tour of the Island
Maria responded to a couple of queries we had promptly and efficiently, even though she was travelling. Dario was just great: he greeted us at the house, and the check-in was seamless, very cordial, super-efficient
 Dario stopped by to check the pool lights and gas on the stove within minutes of our query, so everything was just great. It was our first time; we followed recommendations provided by people who have been coming to Aruba for over 20 years
 We hope to come back.Did we mention Aruba is indeed “One Happy Island”?Thank you

Perfection!

Celebrated my 70 th Birthday with my adult children and my 2 grand kids 3 and 5 . The house was immaculately clean . The pool was dream with a waterfall and changing color lights at night . The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. We cooked in 3 of our 6 nights . The rooms were roomy and the pool “cabana room” was a great family space for the parents with kids. It has a full sized washer and dryer , beach chairs and umbrellas . It was everything I hoped for and more.

Wonderful stay at this lovely home. Easily fit our group of 8 and has so pace for more. 5 bedrooms with en-suite facilities so everyone has their “space.”Easy walk to ritz and beach. Owner was great to work with and communicated well. No hesitation about renting this home again!

Great house perfect for groups!

House was perfect for our group of 7 and we had plenty of room to spare. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Maria was great and very responsive! We had some trouble with the dishwasher and she responded right away and came over the same day to investigate! Would definetely recommend a car as there is not much in a quick walking distance although you can walk if you wanted. Only negative we had was that the pool was only in the sun for a few hours of the day so we didn’t get much use out of it and just went to the beach instead!

Best home best location

Our group of 4 couples really enjoyed the spacious home. The house is beautiful and has everything we need. The pool is super. Great location to town and markets. No complaints here.

Loved our stay!

We loved the house. It was exactly as advertised. The place was spotless when we arrived. Maria met us and gave us a brief tour and explained how everything worked. The location was great, easy to drive to beaches and restaurants. The private pool was amazing. We loved having the BBQ and used it a few times during our stay. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Aruba very much. The property is just as listed in the pictures. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen even though we just cooked breakfast and snacks. There was some basic spices available which was a nice surprise, starter paper towels, toilet paper and small soaps, with starter size bath gel and shampoo in each bathroom. The beach towels were nice and each bathroom had a bath mat and set of towels. The pool was lovely and private, the 6 pm time the waterfall turned off was our warning to get ready for dinner. At times the hot water ran out when all of us were in the shower within a short period of time. The air conditioning was nice after a hot day in the sun we do wish it was a bit cooler as it is locked at 72 deg. Maria met us at the property and gave us a tour of the house and how to use the air conditioning units, TVs and a few tips. She was very responsive to any questions and was helpful with recommendations. It was nice to have beach chairs available. There was coolers available at the house, however we didn’t use as we did bring our own backpack cooler which was nice for the beach. There was some snorkeling gear available at the house but again, we brought our own and were happy to have them. The location was close to good beaches, snorkeling, restaurants however definitely recommend a car. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house

We had a great time! Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable! We loved just chilling at night at the big table. Close to everything. It was so nice to be able to make breakfast every morning. Pool was refreshing! If you have a big group i would recommend it!!!
