Le condo parfait pour la plage et la promenade.

Pieds de la plage et de la promenade. Une seule propriété loin de la plage. Vues sur l'océan! Animaux acceptés, parc à chiens à proximité. Seulement six unités dans votre complexe. Blanchisserie et grill sur place. Place de parking dédiée. Selon le vent, vous pouvez même entendre les vagues se briser. Au plus fort de la saison estivale, l'emplacement est tout, et c'est tout. Des douches à l'extérieur sont également disponibles et vous n'êtes même pas à deux pâtés de maisons du nouveau quai de Seaport qui ouvre cette saison. TV, AC de quoi d'autre avez-vous besoin? Si vous souhaitez apporter vos propres draps, je vous rembourserai 50 $. 00 !!

The Host was very accommodating and responded quickly when there were questions or concerns. It is the perfect location - right behind the boardwalk and there were friendly neighborhood coffee shops with walking distance.

Nice, clean place that’s close to the beach and boardwalk. The private, assigned parking spot was a great perk as well. We were also able to bring our large dog, which made finding a place difficult. This checked all our boxes and was a great, short trip. Couldn’t ask for more for a nice family vacation.

This was our third time renting this property. Each time it gets better and better. Everything was clean and ready for check in as scheduled. The location, less than a block to the boardwalk and beach cannot be beat. Convenient onsite parking. Cannot say enough great things about this property.Highly recommend.

Next to the wonderful Hassle's Ice Cream, this place was perfect for our golden retreiver, mini-poodle, daughter and myself. The owner is very responsive.

Another fantastic stay

We stayed here the first time in July of 2020. We loved the unit, location and off street parking. We came back this year and everything was just as awesome as it was then. John is an awesome host, super friendly and checked in to make sure everything was ok. I love this place and will definitely book again next year and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great condo at the beach.

Father's Day Tradition

Property was just what I expected, close to boardwalk and the beach. Very clean when I arrived all I had to do was sheet the beds. Plus is that it was pet friendly. John was a great host, communicated with him for various things. I and my family were well satisfied. Neighbors were very friendly which is a real plus. Thanks, John!!!

Location location location

This condo is set in a great location for enjoying the Wildwoods. It was a very clean and relaxing space, plus we could bring our little dogs. The primary bedroom has a comfortable bed and the bathroom looks modern and attractive. WiFi was very strong and the living room TV had more channels than we could possibly want. John, the owner, responded to my questions very quickly. The best part for we senior ladies was being able to get to the beach and ocean reasonably quickly. Hassles ice cream, mini-golf, boardwalk food and attractions were all close by. We had a wonderful week at this condo.

Awesome Memorial Day weekend

My teen, young adult children, dog and I had a blast at this vacation home. It’s location is PRIME! It’s right next to the boardwalk entrance and a mini golf and Hassels ice cream shop. It was easy to get on and off the beach with an entrance steps away. The quaint accommodations were perfect. We hardly spent much time in the condo as we were busy at the beach, shops, or on the boards. The beds were very comfy. The best part was how attentive and accessible the owner, John, was. He was sure to keep in touch with me before, during and after our stay. Everyone in our party had an amazing long weekend.

Wildwood

Location is everything and this is a small condo in an extremely busy area. The inhabitants of the condo are very nosy and overbearing to guests. There is zero privacy here. One needs to be athletic to use the microwave on top of the refrigerator to the bathroom door that needs pushed and pulled to open. A towel rack that is there for show as towels cannot be hung on it. It falls to the ground. And forget about the laundry. The permanent summer residents have that pretty well tied up. There needs to be a list of dos and donts for this place to avoid reprimands from the residents.

Sorry you did not like my neighbors. The laundry set up is very common for Wildwood. I would agree the location is busy but being feet from the boardwalk and beach is part of the charm! Thanks.

Great property with a great location

The property couldn’t have been listed more accurately. The owner was very easy to contact and was very reasonable. It is a great place to stay with family because of the close location to the beach and Boardwalk. The place was incredibly clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot begin to write how absolutely my stay was. John is fantastic and responded to the few questions we had. The unit was absolutely perfect. Great location, spacious and extremely clean. The neighbors are friendly and you can actually see the ocean from the kitchen and living room. This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at in Wildwood. Highly recommend.

I went to Wildwood for a week with my friends and this was a great place to stay. It was right next to the beach and was a beautiful place. John was so helpful with any questions we had or concerns. I would definitely rent here again!

My summers growing up revolved around Wildwood. We have pictures of me on the beach only 3 months old. I have so many special memories, my wish is for everyone to have some too!

I got very lucky to find this place when I did through a friend. I had the goal of getting my own place in Wildwood but when the opportunity came and it was one property from the beach and could see the ocean from the kitchen and living room and the boards it was a dream come true. The location and neighbors have been beyond my wildest dreams.
