Notre confortable et récemment rénové 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain chalet est situé dans une station privée avec une courte distance de marche de la plage et près de la piscine chauffée, tennis / basket-ball, club-house et plus encore. Nous pouvons dormir 12 confortablement et jusqu'à 14 avec un canapé-lit / dormeur

 Les équipements de la station sont gratuits pendant votre séjour et comprennent une piscine chauffée, 400 pieds de plage privée sur Lower Silver Lake, tennis, pickle ball, fers à cheval, ballon d'attache, basket-ball, shuffle board, club-house avec ping-pong. Le centre-ville de Silver Lake est à 1,6 km et vous trouverez des choses amusantes à faire avec tous les âges. Il ya Go kart, mini-golf, boutiques, marchands de crème glacée, restaurants, location de buggy, paddle board, jet ski et location de bateaux, location de quads et bien plus encore. Et bien sûr, last but not least, la randonnée de la belle Silver Dunes Sand Lake!

Great home for a large group.

We had a wonderful time at this home. It had plenty of beds for our large group with nice linens and towels for everyone. The house was well-stocked which we really appreciated. The owner is very pleasant and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent family get away

The home was perfect for our family get away. The home was centraL to Silver Lake and Lake Michigan activities but also had a private setting to enjoy evenings around the fire pit and afternoons on the patio. The home was very clean and our host provided so many welcoming touches we felt right at home.

Beautiful home!

The property and home is perfect! Home is fully stocked with all the essentials. It was a short walk to the pool and not too much further to Silver Lake. We enjoyed our trip and would stay here again! There is a lot to do in and around Silver Lake. The owners were easy to contact and we were greeted with wine and flowers. Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage!

This home supplied everything all our needs were met except for food !! Would highly recommend !! Presentation upon arrival was the nicest we have ever had !! Other Property managers should do a walk-through to learn how to accommodate their guests ! Well done !

Amazing family getaway with lots of space

This was an awesome place to stay and it had everything we needed. We just needed to bring our clothing and food. It is very close to a lot of the attractions in Silverlake but far enough away that you had peace and quiet around you to also be able to get away from the hustle and bustle. We would recommend this house to anyone. Very nicely decorated with a very relaxing front porch to sit and drink your morning coffee, read a book, etc. The backyard was a fun place for activities and has an awesome grill and firepit area. The children ages 2-7 had so much fun playing in the backyard with the play set and playing games in the yard. Lots of great memories were made here. Thank you for being amazing hosts and allowing us to stay at your home. We couldn't of asked for anything more. The Rakoczy and Stephenson Families.

Family fun at Silver Lake Michigan

The house is in a very nice community. It was quiet and no traffic except for those that live there. The house was awesome. Very clean and big enough for the 12 of us. It was nice having the basement ( which really didnt seem like a basement) that had alot of beds and a place to go if you needed seperation. The 3 bathrooms was a plus. The beds were very comfy. The backyard was a very nice place to hang out. We had a fire in the firpit one night and the kids loved the playset. The house is very close to alot of the activities which made it nice. Your about 30 to 40 minute drive to Ludington or Whitehall. We visited Pentwater which is only 15 minutes away. We went to the Little Sable lighthouse beach and its only a 5 to 10 min drive. Several little county or township parks with beaches are close also. Overall it was a perfect vacation. We would most definitely stay at this house again. Jesse and Jane are very quick to respond to your text messages. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Excellent place to stay

This was a great home to rent. We had a large group and there were plenty of spaces to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever utensils, cups, plates, pots, spices, and more. The home is located by many great places to visit like beaches, dunes, dune rides, go carts, and ice cream. It was easy to communicate with the owners. It would be a great place to rent again. We have extended family in the area so hopefully we can stay here when we visit in future years.

Cousin Vacation at Silver Lake Sands Cottage

Wonderful experience at this beautiful home in an association near Silver Lake. The hosts were responsive while booking the rental and also during our stay. The accommodations are perfect inside and out. The backyard has an awesome fire pit and the kitchen is nicely equipped with supplies. The pool is beautiful but a bit of a distance from the cottage. Overall, this was a fabulous spot for our multigenerational family vacation.

Beautiful home with room for all

Clean, roomy home with all amenities included. Plenty of bathrooms, beds and well supplied kitchen. Great grill and fire pit area. We used the pool several times, but went to a state beach rather than the condo beach.

Great summer retreat

Highly recommend staying at Silver Lake Sands Cottage. The hosts were wonderful with check-in, local recommendations, and communication. The house is clean, well laid out, and surprisingly large. Great amenities including the kitchen appliances/grill, recreation equipment, fire pit and swing set. The community has a nice pool, tennis court, and dedicated beach access. Close to several activities including Lake Michigan beach, Silver Lake Dunes, hiking, bike riding, golf, and local shops/amusements. Would go back!

Summer Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay in Mears. The house was perfect for our families and Jesse and Jane were amazing to work with! The walk to the pool and beach was quick and easy and they provided a ton of information for things to do in Silver Lake and the surrounding area. We’d highly recommend their home as we’d love to visit again!

The Home was everything that was advertised. Silver lake was a real bonus with the sand dunes, family attractions. You will not be disappointed with the rental property or the area for a great family vacation.

We had a wonderful experience. The house is decorated beautifully and up to date on everything. Jane and Jesse had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The house was immaculate as was the yard. Our grandkids loved the nice shady backyard and playset. We enjoyed the house and what the area has to offer with Silver Lake and Lake Michigan access. The pool was warm and very well maintained. We will definitely try to come back.

Home away from home

Beautiful,clean,modern and very relaxing. Our grandson enjoyed the play area and very close to the pool. Loved the kitchen and all amenities that went with it you really don’t have to bring a thing. The convenience of the washer and dryer kept over packing at minimum. The house was fully shaded was very pleasant to sit outside. Wood provided for the fire pit was great. We loved everything about this property and we are planning to come back again next year. The owners Jesse and Jane are pleasant and easy to communicate with and there greeting of a bottle of wine and fresh flowers to kick off the vacation was very special.

When we walked in to the house the music was playing and we all agreed we made the right choice! Could not have asked for anything better. Like the previous review, the pictures on line didn’t do the house justice! Very clean and beautiful! Jesse and Jane are such wonderful owners. They do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. The house is fully supplied, even a nice bottle of wine in the frig! Everything is a short walk, bike ride or car ride to experience all that Silver Lake has to offer. There is something to do for young and old. We loved the place so much that we have already reserved it for next year! Thank you Jesse and Jane for sharing your lovely home with us. Looking forward to next year and can’t wait to hear what music will be playing. One more thing don’t forget to check your “drawers” before you leave! 😁

We absolutely loved this place!

This house is better than the pictures. The owners are very nice and do all that they can to make sure that you enjoy your stay. This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The cookware and utensils are up to par for making nice meals. The basement bedrooms are very nice and gives everyone a bit of privacy with plenty of space. The location is perfect for kids or a group of adults. The walk to the pool is through a nice nature trail but it is not a long walk. The pool has a very nice atmosphere and has plenty of chairs. The fire pit in the backyard was perfect. The owners left us plenty of firewood. The front & back porches are both a nice place to relax and enjoy the outdoors and time together. The beaches and the ORV dunes area are all a short driving distance.
