Accessible via a charming spiral staircase, the second bedroom offers a unique and cozy retreat. It features a full-over-queen bunk bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to three people. The loft area includes a comfortable queen mattress, offering additional sleeping space perfect for extra guests or children. The property includes a heated gazebo, providing an extra sleeping area. This cozy space is perfect for those who want to feel closer to nature without sacrificing comfort. The spacious tiered deck features comfortable seating and a dining area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals or a cookout on the gas grill, while taking in the stunning sunsets over the lake. For sunbathing and beach days, head to the gorgeous, secluded public beaches a few minutes away. The home DOES NOT have a private beach or association beach, but you can walk down to the water's edge via a private access path 200 yards from the house and stroll along the beach for miles in either direction. This is not a pet friendly property.
