Overall a great stay and the location for us worked out well. Snow King is very close and a nice spa and downtown a long walk or short drive and Jackson Hole 30 min. Parking is great and nice to have 3 bedrooms and 4 baths with 2 teen girls! Note that Outpost is very responsive and the unit was very clean. It is just dated. Not a problem but know that things like the master mattress is well past due for replacement and the DW is very old and you cannot run it and expect to watch a show, play a game, read, etc. We let Outpost know of several deferred maintenance suggestions and hopefully they will address to uplevel the property to meet the price charged. Despite these, we would stay again as we had a great week overall.

The condo was clean and the proximity to the town of Jackson was good, however the condo is tired looking from the outside and could use some updating inside-electrical outlets are old and laptop plugs, etc. just fell out. Some of the mountains were visible through the trees in the main room, but it also overlooked a large electrical facility that was across a busy road. If you have older guests with you the condo has 3 levels-so lots of stairs. The condo was clean and communication/check-in was smooth. We had a good time.

Front door was a little sketchy. It would come right open unless deadbolted. Hosts waited till I checked in before informing me of what I know (from reading reviews) were on-going problems. That being said, the issues did not turn out to be major (thankfully) Also no mention of power station right outside balcony door. Since windows were inoperable in living room balcony door was means of air circulation. Place was comfortable for our group though complaints about queen bed being uncomfortable. Necessities provided, good with pots and pans, cups, lots of towels and condo was clean. furniture a little dated. there should be some honesty about descriptions VRBO, there was no Mountain View just trees outside front window. No views at all out of other windows. It was a good location though way more than a short walk to downtown. Hosts were pleasant and good response time. We loved the hooks to hang jackets and clothes on. WiFi had to be rebooted often. Although told there was garage parking, there were building materials inside garage and 2nd car had to park elsewhere. We are easy going and just rolled with it. We really enjoyed the spectacular National Parks. 7 out of 10 overall.

You cannot check in until precisely at 4:00 even if the condo is ready. The pictures on the website are deceiving as the until is very dated. We understood there was no air conditioning, but the unit had 2 broken windows (would not open) and the 2 windows in the master bedroom did not have screens. It was 80 degrees in the master bedroom every night. The master bathroom was worse. The coffee maker leaked as well as the kitchen faucet. When we called to complain about the heat and window situation, all they would do is apologize. They were good with charging 6K/month knowing we were trying to sleep in 80 degree conditions. Kitchen was not adequately equipped either. Everything old and worn. Only positive is the location is decent.

Nice place, good location

Stayed here during our late May trip to Grand Teton National Park. Nice and clean accommodations located a short distance from Jackson Hole’s downtown area but completely quiet at night with windows open. Only problem we had was it got a little warmer than we like in the uppermost bedroom since it was nearing 80 degrees outside during the day. The overall unit stayed nice and cool but the upper bedroom required the provided fans to bring in the cool night air, which made things comfortable by about 11pm. Excellent responsiveness and communication from management on all questions and they provided some nice samples of local products like coffee, soaps, sweets. Overall very nice place to stay, convenient private parking, clean, comfortable, good kitchen.

Group trip to Jackson Hole

We had a wonderful stay at Grand vista, we were here for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect. The house was spacious and check in process was very easy. The location was perfect, right next to Snow King but a short 5 min drive to the square in Jackson hole. The property management group was highly responsive and made accommodations where possible. Would definitely recommend this place & will stay here again if we return!

Just what we needed!

Great townhouse in a quiet area, close to downtown. It was spacious and clean. We had a problem with the door code late the first evening after going out to dinner and one phone call got it fixed and did not have any more issues. We would definitely book this place again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the condo needs to be updated, beds, toilets, window cranks, etc. In addition, two smoke alarms started chirping with low batteries two days in a row.

Cozy and comfortable

3 couples stayed. Loved having bathrooms in each room, even though the nights are cool we couldn’t open the windows in on the top floor where it was the warmest, because there were no shades and it allowed bugs in, we had 3 fans in one room but only 1 worked. The bedroom in the lower level was the coolest but still needed a fan, also the shower curtain was not clean, you can see the buildup from the bottom of it, it’s old and it didn’t fit the tub, there’s a good size space if you tried to fit it to prevent water from getting on the floor. Lots of dishes but with 6 people only 4 wine glasses. Other than these recommendations the unit was very cozy.

Grand vista stay

The place was confusing to find but the property manager was very responsive and helpful calling me back right away and staying on the line until I found it. We enjoyed our stay very much. The layout worked perfectly for us ( 3 adult couples) one bedroom and bath for each couple on different Floors. We found the place convenient, well stocked and attractive.

Nice location, walkable to town

The space was wonderful. All three bedrooms were en-suite. The only issue was that some of the days got hot. We knew that there was no A/C, so we shouldn’t have been surprised. There were box or stand up fans in the bedrooms, which helped at night. The early evenings were the hot times in the condo. All in all, it was a great place.
