A great little unit.

A very comfortable stay. So close to the train and shops for light meals. Lovely roomy hot shower. Very quiet unit in a busy location.

Perfect location

We’ve had a lovely stay in Sannois very easy to get into the centre of Paris. The property is fully equipped and was perfect for us, very easy check in and very pleasant host. Everything you need is in the town good restaurants, supermarkets and the station just across the road. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location for a Paris visit

The house was everything that it was described. The location is just perfect, 10 meters to the train but very quiet during the nights. Check-in and Check-out was super easy even though the owner couldn't be there. The italian restaurant around the corner is really good!

Great 6 night stay in Paris!

Fabulous house just outside Paris. The tranquil garden was peaceful and there was a bbq. Great transport into Paris. Sannois has everything you need and the people are very friendly.

Easy access to train and shops. Helpful host. Comfortable home. Upstairs bedroom was hot in August. We would stay there again.

Charming cottage in the Paris suberbs

Lovely property ideally located across from the train station. Would not recommend this property for people with mobility issues, other than that, it was great.

Perfect for Paris

This property is an absolute gem of a place to stay if you want to visit Paris. The house set amongst the owners garden is a stones throw from the station for a 20 nin trip in to the city. Sannois has all you need (Pizza place is great) and the house has all you need for a comfortable stay.

A relaxing getaway near Paris

Our family had a lovely time staying at Le Chat Rose. The space was perfect for us, with two adults downstairs and two children upstairs. We were very comfortable and loved having space to relax and enjoy meals together. It was wonderful to come home to the house after a busy day exploring Paris! Highly recommended.

Great stay in Sannois

Perfect sized property for our family of four. Excellent location with being opposite to the train station and many fantastic boulangeries within walking distance. We usually got home very late at night and the location was always safe and secure. We were really thankful to get away from the hustle and bustle of Paris to a quieter neighbourhood and more spacious accommodation compared to what we would have got in Paris city.

excellent place to stay!

This house offers peace after a busy day in Paris, in the middle of a beautiful garden. A friendly host explained everything about transport in the city. We could park our car on the closed terrain. The station is opposite the house and in 20 minutes you are at the station Saint-Lazare, from where you can take the metro. In short, an ideal place to be for visiting Paris!

A wonderful stay!

We loved the beautiful backyard apartment. The property is in a wonderful city outside Paris that has it's own charm and places of interest. The property is steps away from the train stop with easy access to Paris and CDG airport. We had everything we needed and Bernard was so helpful in showing us around when we arrived. The kids had their own space upstairs and we were all very comfortable the whole time. We would love to come back again in the future!

A great base for discovering Paris

This is a great property so close to Paris yet with breathing space for relaxing at the end of a busy day trekking around Paris. It was exactly what we were looking for - space to sit, relax, play etc both inside and out. A short walk into the centre of Sannois provides a few supermarkets, shops, boulangeries etc. The train platform for trains into the city centre is just a few seconds’ walk away from the property. Bernard (the owner) was very easy to communicate with so all in all, a great property to rent.

Excellent bolthole close to Paris

The property was comfortable and had everything that we needed. Ideally located to explore both outside of Paris and literally across the road from the station which took us to the centre of Paris in a little over 20 minutes. There was also a fabulous boulangerie, Italian restaurant and supermarket a short walk away. The trains were very quiet and didn't disturb us at all. Communication with Bernard was excellent and we also appreciated being able to park our car safely off-road.

A perfect location for exploring the wonders of Paris

The house is perfect in every way, secluded and private, within the garden of a large traditional Parisian townhouse. The neighborhood of Sannois is a friendly commuter suburb, with plenty of shops within easy reach. Sannois Railway Station (SNCF - Regional Line 'J') is a few metres away from the property, and offers convenient links to the City and the whole I'le de France region. We enjoyed a River Cruise, a Museum, visiting the Gardens of Versailles, and a trip up the Eifel Tower. Also lovely walks and a great meal out. All easily done by train from Sannois and onward connections. Bernard was most helpful in communicating. He was away during our stay, but reachable if required. We hope to return and meet you in person Bernard.

Excellent location & host, scary stairs!

My friend, our sons, and I stayed in this cottage for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The cottage itself was very clean, we had fresh towels to use, bedding, a fridge and oven/hob and plenty of crockery, tv with Disney+ on it for the kids, and we felt very safe and secure. There were even teavel adspters on tbe sockets for us to use which was very handy. Getting into the property initially was a bit of a struggle because we couldn't find the keybox at first, but once we did there was parking available which was great. The cottage is just across from the train station which is great location wise and the host was fantastic at answering my messages and very friendly and polite. The only drawback of the cottage is the anti-witch stairs which I felt are not very accesssible for people with mobility issues. Nobody got hurt on them so it was fine, but I hadn't known about the stairs before we visited and feel these should be highlighted better. Aside from that one snag, we had a beautiful time and the cottage was otherwise perfect.

Le pied-à-terre idéal pour un séjour à Paris avec juste la rue à traverser pour accéder au RER J, à 20mns de la gare Saint Lazare. Le petit carrefour city situé juste au bout de la rue est également parfait pour les courses.

Très bon séjour dans un gîte agréable, bien équipé, dans un cadre très sympathique et idéalement situé (gare à proximité). Nous avons juste eu un peu de difficulté à nous habituer aux passages réguliers des avions.Le propriétaire est très agréable et serviable.Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Un magnifique séjour

L'emplacement est très pratique, juste en face il y a la station de train pour Paris, gare St-Lazare en 15min exactement. Le logement était très confortable, très bien équipé, tout y était. Juste un petit problème de fourmis à régler. Sinon le reste est parfait. L'hôte et ses fils sont incroyablement gentils. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
