Nouvelle maison en bord de mer! Endroit calme!

Bienvenue dans Latitude Adjustment !! Ceci est une nouvelle maison en bord de mer 3bd / 2bath dans la nouvelle subdivision, The Breakers. 12-14 personnes. Master et deuxième chambre ont des lits king size. La troisième chambre est idéale pour les enfants. Il a un lit superposé complet sur un lit gigogne complet et deux chaises à rabat qui se déplient chacune pour faire un lit double. Le salon sectionnel a un canapé-lit pleine grandeur. Toutes les chambres et le salon sont équipés d'une télévision connectée (service Sling fourni). Grande terrasse avec beaucoup de chaises pour profiter de la plage isolée loin de la foule. En bas en dessous de la maison dispose d'une douche extérieure fermée, d'un barbecue à charbon de bois et d'une table de pique-nique intégrée. Wifi. Draps et serviettes inclus.

We have stayed at this beach home two years in a row. Communication was excellent and the home is always clean. We literally step outside and feel the ocean breeze. Wonderful location!!

This negative review is in retaliation to an issue we had with this guest. They somehow left significant damage to a bathroom wall and fiberglass shower insert by puncturing a deep two inch gash in both. They did not communicate in anyway that there was damage; it was only to be discovered after their checkout. The wall was an easy repair but the shower insert will eventually have to be replaced which will cost well over the damage deposit. Since it was in the middle of the busy summer season, I only charged this guest for the work a contractor completed on a short term fix which I believe to be a generous solution. When made aware of this solution, this guest was dishonest and denied that they were the cause the damage and then went on to falsely claim that my house was filthy. This is a preposterous claim as I have numerous raving reviews (including the guests directly after them) appreciating the cleanliness of my home.

We enjoyed a three night stay over Memorial Day weekend. The description of the beach house was accurate, and the location truly can’t be beat. The area was very quiet with minimal traffic compared to other parts of Crystal Beach that were much more crowded. We felt comfortable letting our kids go down to the beach on their own since we had a perfect front row view from the balcony to keep an eye on them. We had four adults and six children ranging in age from 10 to 17, and there was plenty of space for all 10 of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Every year we get away for Christmas for 4 to 5 nights… This place is not disappoint! The peace and serenity from the beachfront balcony to the serene and beachy decor inside the house… It was a perfect touch! Comfortable accommodations and wonderful seating on the deck made this a perfect Christmas getaway!

Great communication with the owner. Very reasonable price for off season. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was easy to cook in, living room was spacious and beds were reasonably comfortable. The view from the front porch was the selling point. Walks on the beach are a must. We’ll definitely rent again.

We have been traveling to the Bolivar Peninsula since 2001 for our annual vacation. We love the area and the small town feel. We like that it is family friendly with mainly houses to rent as opposed to hotels and condos. It isn't as touristy as Galveston, but it is close enough for a day trip to visit all of the tourist attractions they have to offer. Bolivar has the cleanest beaches in Texas!

We have stayed in many a vacation rental home, so we feel like we have learned all there is to what vacationers need and don't necessarily need. Our house is focused on being the perfect place for your family and friends to gather, relax, and enjoy each other; but not too big for a quick romantic get away. It's a clean house with just about everything you will need as far as linens, towels, kitchen items, etc. Because who wants to travel with sheets and dish soap?! We think we have all of the bases covered including what to do and how to keep the kids busy on an unfortunate rainy day.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our favorite thing about our house (if we have to pick just one!) would have to be the deck. Beachfront means there is absolutely nothing besides our palm tree and an occasional passing vehicle between you and the ocean! We enjoy the beautiful sunrise with our coffee in the mornings. And we enjoy visiting with each other in the moonlight with the ocean breeze and the sound of waves at night. We know you will agree with us and will love making memories here just like us!
