As mentioned in our listing, we do live on the same property, but in a completely separate house. We are always happy to help when needed, while making sure our guests have their own space and privacy. The outdoor areas are entirely reserved for our guests, so we hope you were able to fully enjoy your stay. We were also happy to resolve the small issues you encountered as quickly as possible. Just to clarify, the key issue occurred because the key unfortunately broke inside the lock during your stay. We immediately replaced the lock and provided a new key at no cost to you, so that you could continue your stay comfortably. It was a real pleasure to host you, and we wish you all the best for your future travels !
