The host Tomasso was excellent - great communication, provided help with transportation and came to our rescue when we locked ourselves out!The apartment was very clean and is located near many of the local shops and restaurants.

The pictures on line were accurate. The host was beyond helpful. The host was very easy to contact. He responded immediately to our needs things to do and advised us of things to do in the area. The location is excellent to to access the wall, concerts, cafés, and shopping. We would definitely recommend.

The apartment is Lucca authentic. Centrally located with easy access to the shopping street and restaurants. Short walk to the wall and piazzas. Internet problems. Few towels and extra linens. Tommaso was difficult to reach.

Hello Waine, I am really sorry for the internet problems, but they were general problems in that area of the town. Now everything is working. Our communication was not easy also before your arrival and when I came and pick you up at the train station. As to problems of few towels, you did.not mention it. You asked to have supplementary pillow large cases but I explained that only standard pillow cases were available. Change of linen are normally made only after a one week's staying, but if requested by my clients I have done on demand. Thank you for having chosen my apartment. I wish you the best

Great place to stay

I highly recommend this beautiful place. The host came and picked us up and took us back to the train station, he was so helpful, nice . He went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was excellent

We could not have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect for us. The host was exceptional … very gracious with great communication. The unit was clean and well maintained and the bed was perfect. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent stay in Lucca

The apartment in Lucca located in the old town is in a perfect location - quiet and very clean and close to all the shops and cafes. Tommas the host is very kind and couldn't be more helpful - even provide a bottle of red wine and free tickets to a piano recital.

This beautiful place felt like home, in the best way. Spacious, well-equipped, comfortable close to everything. Our gracious host even left a good bottle of wine for us!

We were picket up at the train station by Tommasso, the owner, who was very helpful. The property is in a good location in Lucca (are there any bad locations in Lucca?}, and everything within the walled city is within an easy walk. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Perfect apartment in a beautiful town

The property had everything we needed for an extended stay. Its location within the city walls provided an opportunity to find bars and cafes frequented by locals, while the tourist attractions were only a short walk away. Great location and host

Right near the walls making morning and evening walks along the wall easy and enjoyable. Easy access to great gelato, cappuccino, and via fillungo. Spacious, well appointed, modern kitchen…and Thomasso showed infectious enthusiasm for the town. His information package was clear and thorough - very helpful!

Lucca

The property is in a very good location within the walls of this beautiful City.Lucca is a foodies paradise with some great restaurants nearby.Parking is close to the apartment but expensive.The apartment is well equipped and nicely decorated

Wonderful Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. Tommaso was a gracious host. He drove us to and from the train station and offered advice and information on what to see and do in Lucca. The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring and near to restaurants and shopping. We hope to return and highly recommend the apartment to family and friends.

Lucca Stay

Tommaso was an excellent and attentive host who went above and beyond. The location was excellent as well and made it easy to find my way around. A small note-The rooms were scented which was not an issue for me but may be for someone allergic to fragrances. You may wish to check with Tommaso.beforehand.

Tommaso was an ideal host. He provided transportation to and from the station, detailed some of towns history. He added personal touches in his lovely apartment. Amazing!

This apartment was the highlight of our Italy locations. Tomasso was so very helpful to us and even gave us a brief history of the city. The apartment had everything you could think of, including original, signed art on the walls. The apartment was close to everything! Lucca is a special place. We will be back!

A perfect ending

After a month in Italy, we finished with Tomasso’s wonderful help. He was patient and kind when we had online trouble from our end. He was flexible, accommodating, and in a very short time, felt like an old friend to us. We hope to see him again. Lucca was beautiful and alive. We adore Italy and hope to return.

Spacious apartment, centrally situated

The apartment is situated in the old area inside the walls. It is very spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities. It is a good starting point to explore the marvellous inner city with all impressive sights as well as all the narrow alleyways. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The only small disadvantage are the steep stairs, which may be a problem for tall people with hip or knee problems.

Summer in Lucca

Our stay with Tomasso was fantastic. He picked us up at the bus stop in Lucca and drove us to his apartment. Location is fantastic. Apartment is very well appointed and well stocked with kitchen basics. He told us about nearby restaurants and bars. He is charming and helpful and made us feel so welcome. At the end of our holiday he drove us to Pisa airport. We would definitely go back to his apartment. Thank you for a great holiday.

I do hope to meet you again in Lucca and I am sorry if I was not a "perfect" host but you know the problems I had during your staying (my mother is day after day improving) and the traffic I met when you left. Next time, as "old" clients you will have many "privileges". I tried to contact you by mail (I wanted to send you one of my last stories in Italian) but may be the e-mail address you gave me was wrong and my message did not went through.
