We enjoyed our stay and proximately to the beaches. There were plenty of beach chairs and a couple of pool floats to use. The property was clean and well stocked overall with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Beds were comfortable, the AC worked well to keep the condo cool and we found it to be very comfortable overall.

The host was responsive, the unit was well stocked. Good location walkable to nearby beach and restaurant area. Nice alternative to a large all inclusive resort for less. Pool was good but fitness center could use some updates.

Once on property, you’ll operate through a property manager which is easy enough. Unfortunately, the wifi at the Sunset Residences is pretty slow (I was not able to attend a Zoom call on the WiFi and needed to hot spot), it the property manager is positive and decently responsive. You really can’t ask for a better location! A literally 9 minute walk down to eagle beach!

Perfect location for beautiful Eagle Beach

The condo was well stocked for a relaxing vacation. Easy communication with owner and property manager. We enjoyed the location close to beautiful Eagle Beach and the dive shop. Pilar gave us great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Easy to walk to the beach, but we often drove (with chairs and cooler provided by condo) and had no problem getting a parking spot at the beach.

Much needed holiday break

We rented this unit for a quick post-Christmas getaway and it was just what we needed. The unit was clean and super well stocked and I appreciated the owners supplying pool towels, beach chairs and coolers. And it’s a pretty quick walk to one of the prettiest stretches of Eagle Beach.

First time visitors to Aruba

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We found the dining area a little cramped, but enjoyed the patio area. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy. Pilar was super helpful and we were glad she was there to help with a couple of minor issues.

Wonderful Stay near Eagle Beach

Great place! Kitchen is fantastic with everything you need, large space for the four adults in our party, really nice beds and pillows, great outdoor space and big propane grill. Pool is clutch as well for after the beach or early morning swim right outside the door. 1st floor location makes everything easy and the beach chairs were a major bonus. Would definitely come back. A shout out to the property manager as well who was great to work with.
