Profitez de cette nouvelle maison de luxe construite sur mesure à quelques pas de la plage dans le magnifique centre-ville de Bethany Beach !! Cette belle maison neuve est située à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage et à 3 pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Béthanie. Il est parfait pour des vacances multi-génération ou multi-famille. La maison a 3 niveaux avec un ascenseur pour un accès facile à chaque étage. Il y a beaucoup d'espaces de vie intérieurs et extérieurs pour le confort de tous. Il y a 4 chambres à coucher principales, 2 avec lits king size et 2 avec lits queen size. Deux autres chambres ont des ensembles de jumeaux et une chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés. Chaque chambre aura une télévision et un branchement de câble. Il y a un parking pour 5 voitures, 3 permis de stationnement dans la rue et 2 dans la rue Bethany Beach. La maison est également équipée d'internet sans fil. Le propriétaire fournit les draps et les serviettes. Réservez vite pour vos vacances 2019 à Bethany Beach!

Massive kitchen with cabinets galore, long dining table with plenty of chairs, a wide bar area plus wine fridge and ice maker, feeding onto a screened in porch with comfortable seating plus a high top table perfect for the family jigsaw puzzles. The bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our large clan of three generations. The elevator made unloading a breeze.

What a beautiful home! An incredible screen porch and rooftop deck with views of the ocean. The sunrises were magical from the roof deck. Great big kitchen and table for cooking and dining. Well stocked. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was fantastic. Plus, the elevator helped with bringing luggage in and out. The home was beautifully decorated, bright and comfortable. Service was warm and responsive any time we had a question. True five-star experience.

Property was more than accommodating, with numerous sleeping areas and spacious living areas. Property was a step away from the beach and a few short blocks from the boardwalk. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Bethany.

The screened porch has plenty of spaces to talk and the hitop table is perfect for those jigsaw puzzles,too. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen includes an ice machine. After the children go to bed, the parents enjoy drinks on the rooftop deck.

The House and location were excellent. We were however disappointed that we had to rent our own linens/towels which we found out later in the rental process (due to off season) Other places we rented from had some beach chairs/supplies for guests’ use, but nothing here. A beautiful rental but missing the “little extra” which would bring us back.

Most owners do not supply beach chairs as these items as they tend disappear or get ruined. I know you traveled a long way and that would be a plus to have beach items already there. Only a few properties provide linens in the summer. The majority of them do not supply them. This property does in the summer months only as you noticed. I do hope to host you in the future. Really special family trip!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of space for 8 adults to spread out or gather comfortably. The ice machine and the beverage fridge were so convenient as was the elevator. We loved the rooftop deck as well as the screened porch. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed. And we could walk to shopping and food. We recommend having a meal at Patsy’s but make a reservation. We’re hoping to repeat this trip next year. Thanks so much for having us!

Multiple bathrooms and bedrooms made for privacy, while the massive family space let us enjoy all ages. The dining table could seat us all and in between meals, it was perfect for games and catching up on a few emails. We especially loved the ice machine and the many cabinets and countertops. The screened porch was a favorite gathering place while the high top table was for jigsaw puzzles. The crows nest had a good staircase and plenty of space to enjoy the evening.

Fabulous stay- and a few suggestions

The home was very clean and the location could not be beat- walkable to the church where family funeral services were held and walkable to town/restaurants. Some minor suggestions that would be helpful and allow the owners to secure happier clients: Replace very flat pillows on sofas. Add additional seating options to ground floor. Provide more than 1 pillow per bed, or specify where extra pillows can be found. (Unfortunately, when we arrived, one king bed had no pillows at all!) Provide extra blankets for beds- one sheet and a bedspread is not enough. Linen service was fine and we appreciated that everything was labeled when we went to make beds. Kitchen is missing some critical items (i.e. cookie sheet, enough utensils (should be enough for number the home sleeps- there weren't), etc.) A few more decorative items might make the home feel a bit more cozy and home like- it was incredibly sparse. The bar with ice maker and fridge was incredibly useful and a perfect addition. A few more dishtowels would have helped. The addition of small soap and shampoos in the bathrooms was much appreciated. Thank you for letting us stay- we'd love to come back again.

Don't Rent the Property 108 Wellington Pkwy

Vrbo- Consider removing this property from your listing it cheapens your reputation. For those considering renting this property DON”T. We rented the property at 108 Wellington Pkwy for 3 days December 30 2023 - January 2, 2024. There were issues with the elevator, multiple showers on the second floor, & the coffee machine not working and the lack of toilet paper. You would think for for the rental cost there would be toilet paper, unfortunately you would be wrong. The elevator was one of the main reasons we rented the property. We had two 100% disabled American Veterans in our party and the elevator helped transport them from floor to floor. The elevator door latch on the first floor would not release causing the elevator to be inoperable at times. When the elevator was on the first floor it sat in a pool of water so deep the water was visible from the gap between the elevator and the house floor and was within 3 inches of the interior floor. Does an elevator sitting in deep water with the electricity on have the potential of being a safety issue? This matter should be brought to the attention of the Township Electrical Inspector for their review. The other issues were with the showers on the second floor. One shower did not work at all, and the others had issues with the flow of water. We called the emergency number provided, and no one returned our calls. Rent somewhere else and save yourself from the aggravation we experienced. Mark C

Dear Mark, In reviewing our communication, I must say that I was dumbfounded by your review. As your stay coincided with the New Year's holiday, you were given the emergency/after hours phone number for your stay. You stated that you telephoned the emergency paging system. I checked with the pager company; they only received one phone call for our company and the caller, (which I presume was you,) hung up prior to speaking with anyone. Unfortunately, this made it impossible for our firm to know there was an issue taking place at one of our properties. As your agent, I also was on call over the holiday and I would have gladly come down and helped you out with the elevator, shower appatatus or anything else you needed. The owner has a service contract with the elevator company and we would have sent them to repair it if needed. In regard to the showers, I have subsequently been in contact with the property maintenance person and she let me know that she did walk you through the shower operation at the beginning of your stay. Regarding the linens, it is stated in your lease and I re-iterated to you verbally that the home does NOT supply linens in the off-season. Also stated in your lease, the home does not supply paper or personal hygiene products, although property maintenance did leave 1 toilet tissue "starter" roll in each bathroom. We also discussed these items prior to booking as well. Our office re-opened on January 2nd, which is the day that you checked out. Nevertheless, the first that my office heard of the issues was in this online review. Our goal is to make sure that our guests enjoy their stay and I wished that we had been alerted so we could have rectified any issue immediately. We have many guests that come back to this lovely property year after year, but I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your time here. Sincerely, Kim Rebman Rental Agent

Exceptional house and location. Only 200 steps to the beach access and the house was immaculate. Plenty of space for two families to spread out and everything was clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable too! Loved the rooftop deck and screened in porch and walkability to downtown Bethany. We had issues with the under counter ice maker but they were super responsive and sent someone to check on it and fix it- he even came back the next day to make sure it was working. Great stay!

Beach Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was exceptional! Everything we needed for 11 people. The elevator was perfect as well. We could not have asked for a more spacious, beautiful place to stay for the weekend! The walk to the beach and boardwalk was not too long and we enjoyed the walk each day! Great location, very beautiful place to stay.

Family reunion

Screened front porch an added plus.Understand the need for a bunk bed room to accommodate families but due to ages of family members this was a negative.
