We had some issues with water pressure and the property management was not kind and blew us off. They said they would send someone the next day, then never responded to any follow up messages. The washing machine was also filled with mold and smelled really bad. The host was responsive and mentioned these things would be looked into, but that meant everything would be looked into after our stay. We have stayed in this complex before, and the location is great (very convenient for DV). It was unfortunate that we had issues while we were there that could not be addressed.

Great location!

Great location! Close to the bus route and has access to the ski shuttle to the mountain. Lots of room and the property actually has three full baths even though it’s listed as 2.5 baths.

Great place, basically in the parking lot of Deer Valley!

Great place, nice open space with plenty of room for us to spread out after being in the hot sun working and riding bikes. This is the right price, and at the right place! Beds and pillows were excellent and the property was nicely appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware. If you're riding or skiing Deer Valley, this is the place to be! And, only a quick mile to Park City - we walked every night - perfect!!!

Great condo!

We came to ski Deer Valley and this place was ideal for our needs. Hot tub, sauna and very nicely heated pool were literally a 1-min walk from our front door. Great shuttle service to/from Snow Park Base at DV. It does not take you to Main St though the free bus service stop is literally a 2-min walk from the condo. Amenities were very nice and especially loved the heated bathroom floors. Well done!!from the unit. Condodone! stop is

Park City Perfect

We came to park city to ride and fish. Which we did plenty of. Location had super easy access to deer valley resort trails, which are some of the best in the area. We also spent a few hours at the ponds nearby pulling trout out because the rivers were still too high from all the snow melt. The place was perfect for us, very well stocked, comfortable with cable and good Wi-Fi. Also had great garage where we could store our bikes.

Comfortable condo in a great location - Deer Valley

The Condo is warm, cozy, comfortable and clean with nice and updated bathrooms. The location is AMAZING - 5 minutes walk to the Deer Valley Ski Resort parking lot where a little shuttle picks up and drops off at the resort, or a 7 minutes walk to the resort. Very close to the Park City Main Street (5 min drive) The owner is friendly and helpful. The only minus was that there was no BBQ on premises. This house worked well for our family. Thank you for hosting us!

Another great stay!

For the second year in a row, we've had a wonderful stay here! Really can't say enough about the location--though there is a shuttle, we prefer the brisk (5 min or less) walk to the lodge each morning so we don't have to worry about parking or traffic at 4pm when everyone seems to be coming off the slopes. It's an easy drive to Park City and all the fun downtown has to offer. As for the condo itself, I usually book it for the next year the minute we've checked out. It's perfect for a ski vacation--warm, cozy, with 3 bedrooms on 3 levels, a full-stocked kitchen, a washer-dryer, a nice view, and a warm fire. The owners are a delight to work with--and the checkin/checkout process couldn't be easier. We love staying here and will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Outdated and cold bedroom’s in basement

We decided on this rental base on the location but we were disappointed with the condo was not great. To start off the condo is a 3 story but neglected to mention that two of the three bedrooms are on the first floor and there was. I master bedroom or bath. The third bedroom is just a loft with a bed.

Fantastic location, cute condo, needs a cleanliness update

We stayed in this property over Christmas. While the location is fantastic, and the condo itself is a cute mountain vibe, the maintenance management of the property needs attention. All of the sheets on the beds smelled so bad that I called the Property Manager and asked if Housekeeping could come the next day to change them out it was Christmas, and he told me that they team would be there, but they never came. I went to go wash the sheets myself, but the washing machine was filled with mildew, and trash in the Catch basin because it was the holiday. I wasn’t able to buy any cleaning items after a few days I was able to purchase some. afresh and wash a few things, but the comforters smelled of mildew which just really made the experience less than desirable. That being said if the linens had been fresh, and the washing machine had been clean, I feel like it would’ve been a totally different experience.

Perfect Stay!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay here, and we've already reached out about next year. The location is unbeatable--about a five minute walk to Snow Park Lodge. There is a shuttle to Snow Park available via app, but we were having trouble with the app asking for an access code. We contacted the owner who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, texting us throughout the day to ask if he could arrange the shuttle for us (via his phone). He did this throughout our entire stay. It turned out we really preferred the walk to the lodge each morning, but that should give you an idea of how responsive the owner is. The condo itself is very well laid out--and you have all the amenities you need. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need, the washer/dryer is right by the lower-level door for easy access with wet ski gear. After a long day of skiing, we'd all end up taking showers at the same time and had no issue with the hot water going in three different bathrooms. This is a condo where there are no cut-corners, just incredibly cozy and warm, and very well-done. We hope to be back very soon!

Great location but property needs some work

Great location; 2 minutes from deer valley slopes and 5 from Main Street. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Was very flexible to reschedule our original reservation due to Covid conflicts. Property is clean but we had issues with a leaky sink and we could only use the fireplace one hour during our 4 night stay. We called property management as they had been out to fix the leaky kitchen sink but failed to look at the fireplace. They said they would return and never came back or called us even though they said they would. Place needs some basic upgrades. I.e master toilet sticking when flushed and cookware is cheap. Also suggest a new property manager as the issues we had seemed to have happened before our arrival per property manager himself as well as last online review. Other then that we enjoyed the convenience of the location.

Place needs some TLC

We stayed at Ray's place over the NYE holiday and the unit could use some repairs. First, the carpet in place is very dirty. Second, the dish disposal backed up into the dishwasher and was unusable. Third, shower doors were jammed and outdated. Fourth, the fireplace didn't work. The worst part was when I spoke to the owner about the issues he blamed them on us and stated that he was the last to use the unit and everything was operational. This just simply wasn't the case and he clearly knew the place needs some work. It was a disappointing experience with VRBO.

The condo was clean and close to the resort. The best two features were being very close to the hot/tub pool and the free shuttle service to the resort and downtown.

Great stay

Property in great location ! 2 min shuttle to base lodge. Pool, sauna and hot tubs in complex were great ! Ray, property owner very accommodating. Would gladly stay again.
