Unité rénovée - à environ 150 mètres des remontées mécaniques de Park City

Ne restez pas dans un condo usé, restez dans notre maison. Cette propriété vous fera vous sentir chez vous. Entièrement refait début 2016 avec tout nouveau. Emplacement génial - à distance de marche des remontées mécaniques de Park City et de l'activité de montagne.(environ 150 mètres) Main Street Park City est inférieure à 1 mile. Accessible à pied ou en bus qui est à quelques pas de notre condo. Condo de deux chambres avec vue sur la montagne avec de nouveaux comptoirs, armoires, appareils électroménagers, revêtements de sol, carreaux de salle de bain, lavabos et baignoire de 6 pi ainsi qu'un téléviseur 4K de 55 po.
NOUVEAU POUR L'AUTOMNE 2018 - nouveaux canapés en cuir de salon avec couchette en mousse à mémoire - Internet 5G privé et sécurisé - nouvelle cheminée à démarrage rapide - ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles et poêles supplémentaires. Rénovation extérieure complète de l'extérieur du bâtiment. Nouveau pour les ventilateurs de plafond 2019 pour la distribution de chaleur en hiver et en été. Nouveaux oreillers et serviettes de piscine. CLIMATISATION

1 nouveau lit king size en mousse à mémoire - 1 nouveau lit queen - 1 lit simple plus un lit gigogne dans le salon 55 "smart tv dans le salon avec Blue Ray et prêt pour Netflix, Hulu etc.. - 32 "en maître avec télévision par câble - 30" avec lecteur DVD et prêt pour xbox ou playstation dans la deuxième chambre. Wi-fi disponible dans le bâtiment ainsi que des ports de charge faciles à brancher dans tout le condo.
La cuisine est tout nouveau aussi.

Piscine thermale chauffée avec vue sur les montagnes et les commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes de votre porte. À quelques pas de la rue principale ou prenez le bus gratuit directement en face de l'immeuble. Parking souterrain sécurisé et chauffé avec ascenseur et chariots à bagages. Casier à ski privé et sécurisé au rez-de-chaussée.

We had a great experience staying at this location. The host was very attentive to our check in questions. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was within a couple of blocks. The ski lifts were within walking distance and could be seen from our deck. The private garage was nice. It was a very lovely week and I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Spot in a Great Location

This condo had all we needed for a ski trip with our family over the holidays. Convenient to park city, downtown and Deer Valley. Host was great with communications and it had everything we needed for a home away from home!

Great All Around!

This place was fantastic for our family ski trip. Easy walk to the slopes but had plenty of room to relax. The parking lot for Park City resort is right across the street so we never had to move our car from the garage during our stay. Easy communication with the owners and a well appointed and spacious condo. Hope to come back soon!

Spring Break 2024

We had a great stay at this fabulous condo. It was clean, updated and located in the middle of everything… ski slopes, shops and restaurants! The manager (Tony) was also very nice to work with (communicative, punctual and very friendly). Would definitely stay here again!

A great place close to the slopes

We had a great stay at this condo. The shuttle stop was right in front of the condo and was only one stop from the slopes. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed and was clean and nicely decorated.

Great Condo

My family stays at this condominium complex every year to go skiing at PC mountain. When we found this VRBO online, we were ecstatic that we would be within walking distance to them. The cleanliness of the property, the location to the mountain and the responsiveness and professionalism that Tony delivered did not disappoint. Great Place and Great Location

Overall, this was a great stay and very comfortable. The walk to the mountain was super easy. A couple of other people staying in a different unit told us that we could ski the golf course right to the unit, but we did not mind walking and leaving our ski gear up at the mountain. The bus stop is also right outside the unit so that is another convenient way to get around. Overall, we found the unit to be very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet paradise

This property was everything we wanted. The pool was warm and inviting, everything was provided like coffee and towels and beach equipment. Centrally located to alot of activities. Management was delightful to work with and really communicated well. This was a great property for a good price.

We were very pleased with the quality of our accomodations for the week- from the close proximity to the buses and ski areas to the ease of ski storage for our gear. Everything we needed to help make navigating the area was provided by the host and the condo had what we needed to have a comfortable stay. Spacious and clean unit with a great view of PCM. We’ll definitely stay again when we come back for another visit!!

Great Location!

This condo is perfectly situated walking distance to the lifts or a short bus ride to the Park City Mountain Base. With a bus stop right out front you can take the free shuttle into town or the mountain. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. My family of 4 was very comfortable in the 2 bedroom space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Overall a great place to stay! We will definitely be back!

Perfect in every way

This condo was perfect in every way. We are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teens and the space was amazing and comfortable. Very high end decor and finishes, exceptionally clean, location couldn't be any better for PC skiing, main street, and everything in between. Communication with the owner was easy and fast when it was necessary. Checkin and out process was seamless and easy to follow. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, it truly was the perfect place to stay!

Great location and place

We traveled with two adult and three children (10,12&15). The condo was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was perfect with the shuttle literally right out the front door that can take you to Main Street, the grocery store (which is really only 3 blocks away or to the main park city mountain for skiing. Skiing is close enough for a 5 min walk also. We walked back to the condo every day from the main park city amounts in. Very convenient. The owners were very nice and very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again some day.

Great Place To Stay

We had a great stay during our annual PC ski trip. This is a very well-appointed and updated 2 bedroom condo close to the Park City Mountain Resort. Just a short walk up the hill. Or even better the bus stop is at the condo entrance making it easy to get to and from the slopes or travel around town. With a fullly equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, we had no complaints about the condition and functioning of the unit. The pool turned hot tub spa for the winter months was also very nice. Most highly recommended.

Nice and well located for Park City Resort

We stayed for a week skiing in January and this 2 bed condo was great. While not slopeside it was an 8 minute walk in ski gear with young kids, or 1stop on the bus which came regularly enough. To eat out you’ll need to jump on a bus downtown or a 10min walk to the Fresh Market area. Condo has everything we needed including a tub to soak away the ski legs. Shame there wasn’t a golf course view for the price, so ok value for Park City in peak season.
