Great location! Very close to the action but far enough away that it wasn’t loud all night. And the place was so nice! Super cool art on the walls, very clean, comfortable bed. It was perfect and Eric was awesome. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. We walked to almost everything! An easy 10 min walk to the french quarter, and far enough away from the noise! Outdoor area was awesome. Host was very accommodating and responded quick to questions. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Easy check-in! Great communication! Fantastic location! The patio was our favorite spot, but the entire layout was perfect for drinks, cards, meals, hangout while we weren’t exploring downtown.

It was truly better than advertised. It had all the amenities one can imagine and the location to tons of restaurants in walking distance was a major plus. Moreover, the unit was spotless and well organized.

Space was thoughtfully decorated. Only issues were master bathroom sink was stopped up and hot water didn't work past 5 minutes.

Left is hot right is cold, very sorry even after multiple messages -you couldn’t figure out the thermostat the WiFi the hot water or the very simple clear instructions about not leaving the place fairly trashed, food garbage..not our ideal guest experience and perhaps better suited for a hotel

Great place for exploring New Orleans. Host was great and everything was seamless. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Outdoor space was totally cool. (Cushions a little worn but unavoidable based on weather, etc.)Really comfy bed. Just cool overall. Can't think of any improvements. :)

What a space! The deck was the selling point when we scrolled thru the pictures, and it was great, but the rest of it was nothing to sneeze at! We were down for French Quarter Fest and other folks we were traveling with stayed at The Omni and paid as much as we did (if not more) and didn't have nearly the space nor the amenities.There was everything you'd need in a home away from home. There were umbrellas, portable chairs, a wagon for groceries, soaps and shampoos in the TWO bathrooms, Keurig & coffee pods...We had an issue with the keyless entry mid-trip and Eric reached right out and got it sorted in like 90 seconds.The location was close enough to the French Quarter to be convenient (3.5 blocks from Canal where the Quarter starts; it was an easy 15 minute stroll), and far enough from the craziness that it wasn't an issue. PRO TIP: Don't walk down Bourbon Street more than once. Enjoy the neon of the strip clubs and bars, and the rest of the time go a block over and walk down Royal.There are restaurants right downstairs, a bar across the street, a grocery store an easy walk away. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat, and we're already looking forward to our next trip.
