Maison d'hÎtes récemment construite située à environ 250 pieds du lac Champlain. Le patio et le quai du Lakeshore offrent un accÚs facile au vaste lac. Guesthouse est situé sur une route de gravier tranquille qui est l'un des principaux itinéraires cyclables pittoresques à travers les ßles Champlain.
Burlington est situé à 25 minutes, à 5 minutes du ferry pour l'état de New York et à moins d'une heure du Canada.

The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of places for clothes. Extra pillows and blankets if we needed them. We met both of our hosts and they were very friendly and had ideas of where to eat, etc.

Perfect little house for our weeklong stay! Had everything we needed. Wanted to stay longer. Access to lake allowed us to enjoy some beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. Perfect proximity to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. Don and Perky were very welcoming and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We will be back!

This property is truly special. Staying in this lovely guesthouse for 2 weeks right at the shore of Lake Champlain was idyllic, relaxing and rejuvenating. The house has everything one would need, and is situated off of a lovely country road which provides lovely scenic walks. I felt welcome immediately by my hosts and cannot wait to return soon!

Snow storm

We come up for a long weekend despite a forecasted snow storm, and thoroughly enjoyed hunkering down in this sweet space. Don and Perky were lovely hosts, ensuring our kids had plenty of storm entertainment and making great local recommendations. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely spot

Comfortable cottage for a long weekend stay with our two dogs. The cottage was spacious, well appointed, very clean, and comfortably furnished. The yard was large enough to exercise our dogs and the street was quiet for morning walks. Best tip: go to The Blue Paddle for great food. Their motto is: it's all about the dog!

Beautiful retreat

Don & Perky provide a comfortable, warm, and welcoming space. My granddaughter and I enjoyed another vacation here. We took in the natural beauty around us and enjoyed the local community as well as trips to surrounding areas. We look forward to returning.

A Gem on Lake Champlain

Don and Perky's property is beautiful and the guest house offers everything we wanted. It's comfortable, spacious, and inviting, with direct lakeside access and gorgeous sunsets. We appreciate that our hosts were able to accommodate a change in our itinerary. What a wonderful stay!

Most amazing vacation house

We were delighted in every way to arrive at this charming, and well appointed cottage. It was beautifully designed, and filled with everything anyone would need to feel at home, and from there enjoy all that Grand Isles has to offer, including private access to the lake and kayak. Beautiful and relaxing place.

Welcoming

The property was beautiful and so peaceful. We were familiar with the area and appreciated the easy commute to our local family. Everything we needed as staples was provided. And I appreciated the comfortableness of the furnishings. It felt like home away from home.
