Notre maison de 3 chambres à coucher est conçue pour la clientèle la plus sophistiquée. Environnement Zen pacifique à partir de quand vous entrez dans la maison.
Toutes les chambres donnent sur l'océan, les montagnes, la marina et la côte.
Écoutez les vagues de l'océan pendant que vous dormez!
Montez dans le salon avec des vues à couper le souffle qui s'étendent à travers la baie de Santa Monica.
Grande promenade autour de la cuisine de campagne, complète avec le fourneau de Wolf et 2 éviers; Cela permet à tout le monde de s'asseoir et de se rassembler pendant le petit-déjeuner et le dîner.
Salle de télévision pour ceux qui souhaitent suivre des spectacles, des sports ou un film.

L'arrière-cour a un pied 1200 pieds carrés, trois niveaux de pont.
Les vues s'améliorent seulement! Asseyez-vous dans le spa et regardez le soleil fondre à l'horizon, puis attendez que les lumières de la ville vous donnent les lumières scintillantes de la grande roue de Santa Monica Pier, jusqu'à la route côtière jusqu'à Malibu.
Maintenant que vous êtes détendu du spa, passez au 11 pi. canapé devant le 8 Ft. foyer. Nestlé étroitement ensemble et regarde les grands bateaux de partie allumés montant et descendant la marina.

Prêt pour la plage! Enfilez vos maillots de bain et vos sandales car vous êtes à quelques pas du sable. Sur le chemin du retour, arrêtez-vous dans l'un des nombreux restaurants pour un apéritif et un verre de vin.

Notre plage de Playa del Rey est à quelques minutes en voiture des célèbres plages de Venise et Santa Monica!

Notre propriété est située directement sur les falaises surplombant la baie de Santa Monica, Marina et vue sur la baie de Malibu.

Il y a trois chambres
La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative contemporaine, d'un matelas confort Aireloom king-size. Grand walk-in.

Deuxième chambre a un lit queen size très confortable et un placard avec une salle de bain partagée.
Troisième chambre a un lit gigogne et un placard.

Toutes les chambres partagent un balcon donnant sur l'océan.

Perfect location for family vaca!

Wonderful Ocean View Home

This a beautiful, charming house overlooking the ocean. Easy parking, lots of amenities, one block walk to town. We loved it for family Christmas stay.

Family vacation - amazing stay

Amazing property in great location. Our family totally enjoyed our vacation in LA. Very convenient with water views, 30 mins from Malibu, downtown, Pasadena and other locations. The hostess is very friendly, helpful and gave us recommendations for local fare. Would totally stay here again.

This is a beautiful pr.operty in a nice little town close to restaurants and the beach. The rooftop was wonderful - great view, hot tub. The owners were great; friendly, responsive. We would stay here again in an instant!

Great stay!

Loved the house and the location. Walkable to restaurants/beach and a little removed from the hustle of LA, but we were easily able to tour the area as well. Super close to the airport too but noise from planes wasn't an issue. The house is well stocked (we cooked a full Thanksgiving meal there), very comfortable, and has incredible views. Darla was a very kind and attentive host and we'd definitely stay there again.

An amazing location and host!

We had a fabulous time! Darla is an amazing person and host. We wanted to be close to LMU to drop our son at school and could not have asked for a better location. The front deck has fabulous views that we enjoyed every evening. We would absolutely stay again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Darla's beach house! The location is unbeatable, close to restaurants, the beach and even the airport. The views from nearly every room are wonderul. Darla is very responsive and it's refreshing for a host to actually meet guests at the property for an orienting process. She graciously allowed us an early check-in to accommodate our schedule. We highly recommend her property!

Everything was perfect! Our close friends and us had a fabulous stay at this well appointed, beautiful home. The views are amazing and the house is walking distance to several restaurants. Our host Darla was terrific! We will definitely be back.

I was born and raised in San Pedro, LA County. Moving to glorious Playa Del Rey when I was 16. To me now, PDR has the best of all worlds; a funky little beach town with amazing restaurants and shops! Close to everything, Lax, Museums, Downtown, Santa Monica, Venice and Manhattan Beach.

We are located on Montreal St, which I say is the Lombard Street of Playa Del Rey. Imagine waking up and gazing out the window to see Ocean, Sand and Palm Trees. Every night the sunsets are unique and breathtaking. Walking to swim in the ocean, lay in the sand, eat at one of the many recommended restaurants and shops. You never have to drive if you don't want to. We're between Manhattan Beach and Marina Del Rey, close to Venice and Santa Monica.
