Lots of cool restaurants and bars within walking distance. Enjoy 30 miles of bicycle paths along the ocean, two bicycles and two electric scooters are available for use. Great loation...

This property is amazing. Great location with great views, its bright, large windows, lots of square footage, all the amenities including a wine fridge and a quiet neighborhood. It's worth every dollar we paid.

Real Gem

This is a real gem that is well situated, nicely renovated and well taken care of by its owner. Playa del Rey is a great beach haven tucked away from the hustle and bustle of other LA beach towns. And the views of the ocean and the marina are what make this place pretty special. The owner is fantastic and made everything very easy. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful

Pics did not do this place justice. Much brighter than in the photos. The views were awesome. Home had everything we needed. Check in a breeze. Tony, is awesome. Super helpful and responsive. The neighbors below were very kind and offered recommendations on near by spots. Minutes to everything and in a very quiet pocket that is special.

Amazing place, highly recommended

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is a stunning place located in a prime location and Tony was very quick/easy to communicate with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental near the beach in Los Angeles!

Monica and I decided we are all getting older and life is too short. We discovered this cool little beach community 15 minutes from LAX, minutes to the great cities of Los Angeles. Located just two blocks from the beach, with views of the snowy mountains in the winter. Almost any water activity you can think of...I could go on forever. So, we bought it, spent a fortune making it our own to use now and then, and to share with all of you.

Specifically designed for the best experience for all of you visiting Winter Snow Birds. Forget Palm Springs-This area with its proximity to LAX, has so much to do and see locally, which means it is miles ahead of Palm Springs and surrounding areas.

Activities include sailing, tour boating, party boating, electric bikes available, electric scooters available, 30 mile of bike paths. We are close to Universal Studios, all the sites of LA, Beverly Hills, and Century City. Walk on the beach, surf, and swimming with miles of sandy beach just steps away.

Or escape to one of five decks overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Marina del Rey. Top deck includes a 4 person jacuzzi, chairs, and a fire pit for happy hour or spend the night under the stars, until late into the wee hours.

Watch your favorite sports, local programming, and streaming from one of the many flat screens located throughout the house.

We have even designed a room to be your home office, gym or can be a second mini-suite looking out over Marina del Rey and the Federally protected Wetlands.

We do not book guests back to back so we can clean and sanitize.

We stock the wine and beverage coolers with complimentary drinks.

Maid service available at additional charge

We can configure some rooms to fit your needs, such as set up the office in the top floor view room, or set up as a mini-suite as needed. This room currently has queen size murphy bed and bathroom

We have a thirty day minimum however contact us to discuss other arrangements for summer months
