Intricately designed with Mexican tiles, this over the top house is GORGEOUS!
Villa includes a well-equipped kitchen, a 55 inch TV with an AppleTV (Youtube Live TV, Netflix and other apps), a fireplace in the living room and a 4-6 person dining area.
The 2 upstairs bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom is ensuite with its own bathroom. Another .5 bathrooms is located downstairs.
Villa is situated overlooking the community pool/hottub and sporting mega mountain views from its 2 balconies. Outdoor patio space with BBQ and large grass area.
24 hour gated security. 2 Outdoor parking spaces per reservation.
During November/December enjoy the holidays in the Desert. During March/April Enjoy The BNP Tennis Tournament, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival or StageCoach and then unwind in the pool/hotub or utilize the nearby Spa at La Quinta Resort, which is steps away.
This villa is steps away from the La Quinta Resort And Spa.
Guests DO HAVE ACCESS to book Golf Tee times at the Resort's 2 golf courses, book treatments at the Resort's Spa, make dinner reservations at the Resort's 3 Restaurants and are allowed to enjoy the Resort's beautifully landscaped property and multiple stores for shopping.
However, because this Villa is privately owned and not managed by the Resort guests DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to the Resort's Main Pool, Fitness/Tennis Center, Room Service and Daily House Keeping.

Per the City of La Quinta laws, Hosts are required to collect and remit a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax.

Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
The Tennis Villa is located in a gated community, literally steps away from the La Quinta Resort and Spa. Easy to walk to the resort's public facilities such as the spa, restaurants and shopping plaza. Coachella Shuttle from La Quinta Resort is walkable from Villa. 5 min drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for the BNP Paridas Open.
