Le chalet confortable Owl - si proche de tellement

Ce chalet est le mieux adapté pour un célibataire ou un couple qui veulent se détendre et découvrir Dallas d'un point de vue local autour de White Rock Lake. Si proche du centre-ville, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Dallas Arboretum, NorthPark shopping et SMU. Le chalet est local à tant d'expériences. Plus 5 minutes à n'importe quelle route principale. Restez dans un quartier calme et détendez-vous.

Le chalet est juste autour du pâté de maisons d'un parc de loisirs public, où il y a un parc de pulvérisation d'été pour les enfants. Vous pouvez faire du vélo sur le lac sur les sentiers dans les 10 minutes. Notre ville est toujours en train d'élargir les sentiers de randonnée et de vélo à explorer pour voir nos beaux parcs, le lac et les quartiers.

Nous sommes à environ un mile d'une gare de Dart, pour un transport public facile tout autour de la ville. C'est une promenade de 15 minutes pour attraper le train Dart. Mais si vous vous dirigez dans l'autre sens, il est à environ 15 minutes à pied de White Rock Lake et vous pouvez passer la journée ne va nulle part. Détends-toi. Bien sûr Uber et Lift sont partout dans cette région pour votre commodité. Un lecteur très rapide et peu coûteux à presque tous les restaurants et expériences à Dallas.

Le chalet dispose d'une kitchenette avec un Keurig et K tasses, four grille-pain, micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur. Basics sont fournis tels que S & P, sucre, Splenda, ustensiles, serviettes en papier, plats de cuisson et plats à micro-ondes. Il y a un nouveau HVAC Trane mini-split qui est super silencieux et réglable pour votre température parfaite. Le lit queen est un gazon et une aiguille qui dort confortablement, selon les quêtes. Le chauffe-eau sans réservoir de Rinnia fournit un approvisionnement sans fin de l'eau chaude, mais soyez conscient qu'il doit dégager les lignes d'eau. Il y a un parking allée que nous accueillons pour chaque invité. S'il vous plaît profiter, et laissez-nous savoir s'il y a quelque chose d'autre dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour.

Wonderful Cottage

This was our second time at Cozy Owl cottage and we hope to be back! It’s a great location, well appointed with everything we needed, a really comfortable bed and a great host.

Great get away spot!

Well appointed, private cottage! Denise and Pat had everything we needed for a great get away to visit our family. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable and Denise and Pat left a long list of local things to do and great eateries. We would love to stay again!

Cozy little spot in a safe neighborhood with easy access to extras

My daughter and I were in town for NCA 2025 and this was the perfect little spot for us. Denise was super helpful and very friendly. We appreciate her hospitality.

Perfect place

The owl cottage is one of the best places I've stayed at. Communication with Denise was smooth and easy, and she was very quick to respond with any questions I might have had. The location is absolutely perfect, it's located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Wonderful Hosts

Denise and Pat were great hosts, and this apartment was very comfortable. My partner had a medical procedure nearby and Denise went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable the entire stay. This is the experience that you hope for when you book a place through VRBO.

Awesome backyard cottage in a great location

Possibly the best appointed vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with walking trails to White Rock Lake. It had everything I needed and a very comfortable bed. The layout is absutely perfect for 2 people. Denise is a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely recommend.

Nice affordable rental

Pat and Denise were super friendly and welcoming and met us at the door when we got there! The rental was the perfect size for 2 people and so close to so much. Almost every time we went somewhere, we it was less than a 15 minute drive. If we are ever back in Dallas we will definitely be back!

My stay was very nice. I totally appreciate the hospitality granted by Mrs Denise she was so nice and available and offered to help with everything that I needed although it wasn't much to ask for at all!! Everything that's required was provided and then some believe me.

Great Stay in Dallas

Our hosts Denise and Pat were very accommodating and everything you need is provided within the cottage. The location is great in respect to being close to several parts of town. There is a transit line that runs behind the cottage, so if you are a light sleeper this may be an inconvenience. We were fine with it, it's not loud like a train they are fairly short. It was great to be able to walk out the door and walk to a trail system that has as many miles as you want to do for walking, running or biking. We would definitely stay here again:-)

Good location but for other reasons not a good fit for us

Central location, good communication and mostly comfortable inside. While the frequent trains didn’t wake us up at night they were too loud for online meetings and business calls during the day. The outside cigarette smoke would get inside and was too much for us. Had we known about this we wouldn’t of picked it.

Cozy Owl Cottage

I don't even know where to begin, the cottage or the owners? The cottage is as cute in person as in the pictures. It was so inviting and such a sweet getaway. It was well stocked by the absolutely amazing owners, Denise and Pat. It felt as if you were in a HomeAway from home. The owners...not enough space to explain how wonderful they are. Pat met us in the driveway and showed us around the cottage and made sure we knew where everything was. Shortly after Denise came in and made us feel even more at home. They were more than hospitable. They made us feel like we were coming home. On our last night there we sat out on the patio and the four of us just talked. It was like saying goodbye to family. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. If you are visiting the Dallas area, I cannot say with enough praise and honesty, you should stay at the Cozy Owl.
