Lovely retreat for our stay in Sardinia

The apartment was a great home base for our stay in Sardinia. The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible, with the sound of the churchbells and sea breeze. The apartment itself is perfectly functional, and Ignazio was a very responsive host.

Great view!

Perhaps one of the best locations for a stunning view over the bay of Santa Maria Navarrese. The hosts were very charming and their place is certainly a very good recommendation. Gorgeous flowers! The address was a little bit hard to find, perhaps a sign on the street could be helpful. Anyway, we finally found it and had a wonderful stay.

Wonderfull holiday

The house is charming and has a really wonderful view of the sea. The owner - Ignazio, is very kind and nothing is a problem. Despite the fact that he only speaks Italian (we don't speak Italian), we somehow agreed on everything. There is a large selection of all types of beaches all around. The town is pleasant, rather quieter, but it has its own charm and we really liked it. Everything you need is there. We drove by car, we have small children, it's quite an uphill walk. But problem-free parking everywhere. At the time of our vacation there was a techno music festival in neighboring Arbatax (across the sea), lots and lots of loud "music" until the morning. We recommend finding out and avoiding this term. But that was for two days, otherwise it was quiet. We can highly recommend. Peter and his family.

An amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at Marianna's place. First, the view from the balcony is stunning, even better than what you see on photos! The apartment is spacious (we were two adults with two young children), clean, and very well equipped (we were even welcome with fresh oranges from the garden and delicious lemon pastries!). It is also very well located: it takes about one minute, by car, to reach the village, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and the beach. You could also walk but we didn't choose this option since they are plenty of free parking in the village. Since the apartment is not directly in the village, it is super quiet, day and night. Marianna (as well as her partner and her father) was very kind and helpful. It was also very easy to communicate with her for the whole process (for booking and during the stay as well). We just fell in love with Santa Maria Navarres. It is a peaceful and small village with awesome beaches close by. Lonely planet qualifies it as "unpretentious" and it is exactly the feeling we had. It is also greatly located to discover many of Sardinia's gems. We spent 10 days there: we would have loved to stay for the whole summer!!!

Spacious with great views

This rental unit is exactly as pictured. It has 2 very large bedrooms, a large bathroom with a tub, a small updated kitchen, and a great balcony. Note that there is no living room in this apartment. However, this is not really a problem as we were there to enjoy the beaches and had no need for a living area. This was the only rental we had in Italy that actually had a tub and not just a shower! The host provided some breakfast items, milk, and water which was a sweet touch. However, it is a bit difficult to find. It is located up on a hill in Santa Maria Navaresse, so you will need to have a car to reach it. The home is located off of a gravel road with several houses that cannot be seen from the road. While there were some markings near the road, they were not understandable in order to accurately find the house and we ended up going to the wrong house, but thankfully they pointed us in the right direction. It would be helpful if they provided more clear markings on which driveway to use to access the property. Overall it is a great location as it is a short drive from the beach, supermarket, and restaurants.

Super logement

Ce logement spacieux et agréable est très bien situé, soigné et offre une vue panoramique depuis la terrasse. L'hote est très agréable et professionnel, toutes les infos utiles sont données pour passer un agréable séjour.Seul bémol sur les infos de localisation du logement compliquée qui pourraient être améliorée en donnant la position GPS via Google Maps par exemple (ça fonctionne très bien)

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Tagsüber hat man einen umwerfenden Ausblick vom Balkon und nachts gibt es einen tollen Sternenhimmel. Natürlich ist man nicht in bequemer Gehdistanz vom Dorf/Stand, aber mit Auto kein Problem, Parkplätze gab es währen unseres Aufenthaltes überall genügend.Ignazio ist ein cooler Typ, der immer mal wieder mit uns geschwatzt hat, obwohl wir quasi kein italienisch sprechen, verstanden hat man sich trotzdem. Die Wohnung ist eher grösser als auf den Bildern vermittelt wird. Sie ist auch gut eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden sie wieder buchen.

Tolle Lage mit traumhaftem Blick. Es war bei der Ausstattung an alles gedacht, incl. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Allerdings ist für einen Strandbesuch mit entsprechender Ausrüstung ein Fahrzeug unverzichtbar (Höhenunterschied und Entfernung). Den Abwassergeruch aus der Dusche konnte man mit nassen Tüchern verhindern.

Atemberaubender Ausblick

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum - sehr sauber, neues Bad, gut ausgestattet und der Blick vom Balkon atemberaubend. Es gibt an allen Fenstern, außer im Badezimmer, Insektenschtz. Klimaanlage ist in einem Schlafzimmer sowie in der Küche/Wohn-/Essbereich..Gegen den unangenehmen Geruch im Badezimmer, der aus dem Abfluss der Dusche kommt, haben wir einfach etwas darüber gedeckt. Das hat gut geholfen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Santa Maria Navarrese sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Alles ist wie beschrieben, und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich. Wer abseits vom Massentourismus Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Und alles was man braucht ist in direkter Umgebung. 😊

Super Blick auf's Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung genossen. Sie recht gross, mit hohen Decken und gut eingerichtet. Das erste Mal ist sie allerdings schwer zu finden (bitte die Holztafel mit dem Namen in der Wegbeschreibung erwähnen). Da die Wohnung oben im Hügel liegt, muss man entweder mit dem Auto zum Strand und in den Ort, oder man muss zu Fuss ca. 15 Min. laufen.
