Cette superbe maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec piscine chauffée peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes et est située dans un cul de sac dans le quartier bien établi de Sara Bay à Whitfield Estates. Il est proche de nombreuses plages, musées, restaurants et activités respectueuses de l'environnement. L'aéroport de Sarasota Bradenton est à 2 miles et notre maison est à quelques minutes de nombreuses plages de classe mondiale telles que; Clé Lido, clé Longboat et clé Siesta. Whitfield Park est accessible à pied et le Sara Bay Country Club est à moins de 1,6 km. À proximité, vous trouverez de nombreuses attractions comme Sarasota Jungle Gardens et Mote Marine. WiFi gratuit est inclus ainsi qu'une laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée, piscine creusée chauffée avec cour arrière clôturée et un plan d'étage ouvert. Nous avons hâte de partager notre petit coin de paradis avec vous. Nous avons quelques dates disponibles cet hiver et réservons actuellement pour l'été 2019. Home was very clean in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and a short drive to the beach. Home was very comfortable and my grandkids enjoyed the pool very much.

Closeness to airport

Being so close to airport made it easy to pick up and drop off family. Closeness to stores and restaurants was convenient. Home being on call Desac made the stay feel secluded.

Great location

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood! Location was great - easy drive to shopping and beaches. Heated pool was awesome - perfect size to relax when it was just 2 of us - yet plenty of room for the grandkids to play! Host was quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

This home is located on a quiet cut de sac, close to just about everything. Owners are very responsive, the house is decently stocked with dishes, spices etc. Pool is considered to be small by some other reviewers, but we were pleased with it. Suits its purpose. Would rent again. KEWA

Girls weekend!

Thank you Joanna and Jason! Stayed here 3 nights with Mom and Sis! Your home was cute and comfortable! All cupboards and closets are accurately labeled and include everything you need! The heated pool was perfect for a nice dip! A dresser in the 3rd bedroom would have been nice, and some of the furniture was a little dated, but overall we had a wonderful vacation weekend here!

A Comfortable, Beautifully Decorated Home In A Quiet Neighborhood

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home! The location allowed for easy access to Sarasota's gorgeous beaches on the keys, the Ringling Estate, Super Target and freeways. Loved the soft colors and beach decor in the house. Pool was refreshing. King size bed and living room furniture very comfy. Glad that beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided! Was nice to have washer/dryer and convenience of kitchen. We felt right at home and would love to return again! Joanna was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions.

The Sea Is Calling is OUTSTANDING!!!!

This was hands down our best vacation ever!!! The booking and communication with the property owners was super easy. Great response time and super flexible. The house is BEAUTIFUL inside and out. Super cozy feel with modern appliances. The decor is superb. The pool was perfect. Well maintained and big enough for all of us to have fun. I cannot put enough emphasis on how great this whole experience was. Great community, close to beaches, attractions, and downtown. Not if but when we ever come back to Florida this will be our first and only choice of where to stay!!!

Amazing spot

What a great house. The place was immaculate, very organized and had everything you needed. They had a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella beach towels. Also everything you needed in the kitchen.The location is perfect 10 mins to airport. Half hour to Anna Maria Island, half hour to Siesta Key. Beaches are beautiful. Loved hanging out by the pool. I highly recommend this house I would do it again in a heartbeat also very close to restaurants and grocery store. The host was friendly and answered my messages quickly. Cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves at this house.

Nice House in Sarasota Suburb

This was a very clean, well stocked 3 bedroom house. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. The layout would be perfect for a family or larger group. We felt safe in this neighborhood. The house is a smart house so it announces every time a door or window was opened and it also controls the temperature. We found it annoying but I can see why an owner would like that information.. We rented this place strictly for the pool but the water was at 64 degrees and not suitable for swimming. We were disappointed by this miscommunication.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay in our home. The water temperature in the pool should never be 64 degrees. I really wish you would have let me know that was the case. Our pool is heated and we have never had an issue with it. After reading what you wrote, I assume the breaker for the pool heater got tripped and I will have the maintenance team look into the issue. Again, if you ever notice something isn’t the way it should be in any rental, please let someone know so the owner can address it immediately and solve the problem.

Family Vacation February 2020

This house is a very clean, very well maintained, and very well equipped property. Home layout and pool is excellent. Property is close to beaches and all that Sarasota has to offer. Property owners were very responsive to all our requests but one issue. About 2 weeks into the month long stay, we advised the owners that the dishwasher did not work. We cook most evenings and were forced to do the dishes by hand for the last 2 weeks. The owners advised us that for various reasons they were not going to repair/replace the machine until the day we vacated the house at the end of our vacation. While everything else about this property was so well maintained we were surprised and disappointed by the response to the dishwasher issue. I assume the dishwasher issue is resolved and the property is now in excellent condition.

We are glad you enjoyed our home. We appreciate you letting us know there was an issue with the dishwasher. We tried to help you to navigate how to properly work the dishwasher on a few occasions. We contacted a plumber within 24 hours and he put us on his schedule to look at it. He ordered a new one just in case he needed it and it took four days to come in. He came out the day after the new unit arrived and determined we did not need a new one and he very quickly fixed the issue. I am truly sorry you had to wash your own dishes for a few days and while I wish I had more control over the plumber’s schedule, I did not. I am glad we were able to solve the problem quickly and properly. It is our goal to make sure everything works properly for our guests. As any home owner knows, things do malfunction from time to time and we are glad you let us know so we could take care of the issue in a fast and effective way.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea is Calling. 3 bedrooms and couches were adequate for our family. Beds had not been changed when we arrived, but Joanna did notify us that there had been a mix up with cleaning lady who did come to clean and change the linens. It was about 8pm when she finished. We could have used a few more washcloths and an extra set of linens would have been helpful. We were planning on grilling out in the evenings but grill had not yet been cleaned for this year. Joanna sent us cleaning instructions, but we passed. There was an issue with the umbrella, so be sure to close it when not in use. The lawn guy laid it on its side while we were out for the day which exposed the base. The base did not seem as stable as we had fist thought. In the end it was no problem. The house is about 30 minutes to nearest beach. Suggest you time your visits to avoid the traffic backups going over the bridges covering bay. Lido Beach had kinda coarse sand, but still beautiful. Cortez Beach near Bradenton was very nice, but first day we parked way too far from bathrooms. Suggest you find them before parking. Holmes Beach at Anna Marie Island was our favorite - nice sand, beautiful water and close to bathrooms, coffee, and food and drinks. We will visit this area again!

Kay, Thank you for your review. Our home is booked almost every night and there was a mix up with the cleaning company when the previous guest checked out a few hours before you arrived. We were so glad our property manager was able to immediately come over and clean the house upon your arrival. That had never happened before and we are so glad it worked out well for you. We keep plenty of linens and wash clothes on hand and are happy to have you use them. We wish you would have asked if you needed more. The umbrella is a triple umbrella and was left open and fell as a result of the wind. We were so appreciative that the groundskeeper uprighted it for you. The base of it comes apart by design and he was able to put it all back together for you. Our grill is a gas grill and does get a little messy when people use it. Usually once it is turned on the heat helps to clean it. It is cleaned frequently and used very frequently. It sounds like you hit a lot of traffic when you were headed to the beaches. There are nine beaches close and it takes about fifteen minutes to get to Lido. Other beaches are located further away and it is always a good idea to check Waze or any other directions app to avoid the traffic before heading out. The beaches are so popular and they do get crowded. We are glad you found Anna Maria. It is our favorite also.

Great house

The house is spacious and in a good neighborhood close to all Sarasota has to offer. My mom said it was the best vacation house she had ever visited and she is very picky. So nice for a larger group with a large common area and plenty of private space too.

A super clean 3br/2ba with a pool that met all our needs

The house was super clean, had a great layout with lots of light and high ceilings in the main living space, a well appointed kitchen, and a small but refreshing pool. We were in town for our daughter's rowing regatta, and the location was equidistant from the beaches and the racing venue. it's in a nice neighborhood and the hosts were great.

Our family has vacationed frequently to the Sarasota area and we all have plenty to do. We decided to purchase this home because the area offers so much for visitors of all ages. Our home is located so close to many beaches and attractions. Our cul de sac is quiet and the neighbors are very kind. Guests can spend the days at the beaches and come to our home to enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool and a home cooed meal. There are many restaurants in the area as well as cultural opportunities.
