ADA "friendly" main with king bed, ensuite ADA friendly bathroom with all the accessible ramps and doorways on main level, mobility is carefully thought of to include most mobile limitations, but please check with host to make sure all limitations can be accommodated. While main level(1300SQFT) is ADA "friendly," the upstairs loft wing of the house is very convenient for more family to stay, with a 3/4 bathroom servicing two more rooms. Upstairs(900SQFT) the east bedroom has two queens, and the west bedroom has a queen, a twin bunk and room for a pack N play. 8 mattresses total in home. Each room features a smart TV.

Multi generations of family can enjoy a relaxing vacation on the lake for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. A cozy outside sitting area with fire table on a private side of the house makes watching the sunsets incredibly peaceful, a great yard for volleyball, or baseball games, and an enormous culdesac-like driveway with a basketball hoop, and garage pool table. Combined with wonderful large open kitchen(island seats 7) with stunning views and great hosting environment, this house can do it all! Less than five minutes from a grocery store or restaurant. And at night you can sit in the covered screened gazebo and sip on a cold one and enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and sunset. Ask about owner permission for private events and backyard weddings. A 40 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, ten minute drive to Fort Collins, and a 5 minute drive to the fun downtown Loveland charm. This home is the perfect place for making memories to last a lifetime! All non-motorized lake activities are swim at your own risk, life jackets will be provided and encouraged. Pet friendly but no fenced yard so NO AGRESSIVE BREEDS. ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED, no long barking NO EXCEPTIONS. NEIGHBORS HAVE OWNER PHONE NUMBER SO PLEASE RESPECT THIS.
