Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Located on a quiet tree lined street. Close to many restaurants, Ziggis coffee (out the back gate), downtown, Lake Loveland and the Benson Sculpture Garden. 20 minute drive to downtown Fort Collins, and the CSU campus. Less than a mile to the Loveland loop bike/pedestrian path, also takes you to Ft Collins, Windsor and Greeley. This home is located near Hwy 34
less than an hour drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mtn Natl Park. This charming mid-century rancher is available for short-term rental, offering a unique blend of retro charm and modern amenities. Everything was perfect and as described in the information shared, Molly was very easy to communicate with and she responded promptly. I loved having the fireplace available and we loved the pool table in the basement. The decor is fantastic. Location couldn’t be better. This was our second stay here snd we will be back. The bonus was the holiday lights and decorations already set up. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Host was wonderful! We all fit in the house just fine however, I wish I knew the 2nd set of twin beds was in fact in the basement (next to the furnace/water heater) and not in the living room as stated in the description. Our kids our small and afraid of basements therefore an adult couple had to sleep in twin beds. Other than that, it was perfect and we would definitely rent here again!! Cool decor, great kitchen, good size and great host!

Overall ok, but house not exactly renovated. Peeling paint, unfinished wall in primary suite. Terrible mattress in en-suite queen room. House musty smelling. Kitchen nice- modern appliances and well equipped. Literally going back in time.

Great property and plenty of room for everyone. Love the decor. Lovely backyard is only accessible from primary bed room from the house. Nice and big. Would of liked more patio seating.

This was a great property and we really enjoyed our time here. The retro decor was fun and things were in good shape. The bed was comfortable and we liked all the space to gather. It was very easy to communicate with the host, they were helpful and friendly. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to Loveland.

Great find in Loveland

We needed a larger house for a family reunion in the area. This mid century ranch was just what we needed. We really enjoyed the retro vibe and furnishings. The kitchen was upgraded with modern appliances and had everything one would need to create and serve a memorable meal. We also liked all the small personal conveniences such as Anker charging stations next to the beds and premium soaps / shampoos / lotions. There is a large dining table which got a lot of use from our family. If you need a larger home with amazing charm, look no further.

Great house with plenty of space. 2 of the 3 bathrooms have been remodeled beautifully. The basement game room was a really cool bonus.

Lovely themed home. I wish there had been a property book about the home. The front curtains were hard to close. There were some cob webs and spiders. Wonderful location. Regardless thank you for a wonderful trip.

Beautiful time capsule feels like a real home

Felt like I was a guest in a friends house rather than in a typical vacation house staged to be durable and look good in photos. I will look this one up first whenever I'm staying in the area.

Visiting family

This home was so convenient for my husband and I. We went out to Loveland to visit daughter and her family. They live approximately six blocks away from this home, made it very easy for us.The home is one of a kind. Very comfortable and roomy. Very cool retro

9 of us stayed here and 3 more came to eat and hang out. We had everything we needed and the house was very clean and comfortable. The 50s retro vibe was a bonus- so fun!I hope to stay here again!

Just as advertised

We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, (we were at daily competitions from 8-5) but when we were there we were very pleased with the accommodations. I especially liked the fact that we were talking to the host directly, vs a "company". Molly was very prompt with answers to any questions we had, even though there were no problems while we were there! Most of my communications with Molly were about when we were arriving and/or leaving. I would definitely recommend this listing and would gladly stay there again.

Perfect Home for Making Memories

My husband and I stayed here with our two adult children and our 2 year old pup for a week. I cannot say enough about the comfort of Molly’s home. The linens were very soft. If you are a cook, the kitchen is a dream. It is fully equipped with just about anything you need. We had the most fun gathering around the dinner table with food and games. I would absolutely request to stay here again. Wonderful!!

Perfect Stay in Loveland

Very lovely comfortable home

Molly was great and really made us feel welcome and at home. The house has everything needed and is setup so conveniently with multiple bathrooms and a large pool table in the basement. You won’t have to leave the house to have a great evening. Also so many places to sit outside the house if you like to enjoy a morning coffee outside.

Awesome family landing spot

I loved our stay! The house was comfortable, there was room for all 10 of us and our dog, and it was close to the things we wanted to see and do in Colorado. The period decor was wonderful-one of my favorite things about our stay. The host was responsive. The neighborhood was quiet despite being close to a main, busy road. If we visit the area again, I will book this house again!

A beautiful retro house

Our family stay at the house was great. The furnishings took me back in time, all the glassware and decor was super cool. The pool table got plenty of use and the entire family had a great weekend.
