Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain est situé à Glacier Lodge, une véritable propriété de ski-in / ski-out au pied de Blackcomb Mountain. Situé au dernier étage, ce condo offre une vue sur la promenade du village supérieur et regorge de cafés, restaurants et commerces de détail. Cette unité dispose de la climatisation pour les chauds mois d’été et d’un foyer à gaz confortable pour l’hiver.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une cuisine à aire ouverte, une salle à manger et un salon avec accès à un balcon privé. Un canapé-lit queen dans le salon offre des couchages supplémentaires pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes au total. Une salle de bain complète avec douche combinée et baignoire est à ce niveau. La spacieuse chambre principale avec télévision et salle de bains privée avec douche en verre se trouve à l’extérieur du salon / salle à manger. L'accès secondaire au balcon se fait également par la chambre principale. A l'étage se trouve la deuxième chambre qui donne sur le salon et la salle à manger à travers les fenêtres. Cette chambre de style loft dispose de deux lits jumeaux pouvant être réunis à la demande, d'une télévision et d'un placard. Les fenêtres et la porte peuvent être fermées pour plus de tranquillité et d'intimité.

EMPLACEMENT
Situé dans le haut du village à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre du village principal. Étapes à la base de Blackcomb Mountain et la nouvelle télécabine Blackcomb. Le stationnement payant est en vigueur à Glacier Lodge au tarif de 20 $ / nuit par véhicule. Ce bâtiment dispose d'une laverie à pièces (pas de blanchisserie dans la suite), d'un local à vélos et à skis sécurisé dans l'espace commun, d'un bain à remous commun, d'une piscine extérieure et d'une petite salle de remise en forme.

Clean, good location, nice to be on top floor at end of hall so no skier in boots clomping by or overhead, well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms with tub and shower and love the heated floors. Beds are twins pushed together so not that comfortable. Beds upstairs very firm--too firm for our taste. Pillows very plush and firm. Shutters on windows not room darkening. Primary bedroom could use a chair to sit and put shoes on and/or to read if you don't want to watch tv with rest of your party. plenty of room for a chair in that room. very friendly, nice receptionists. parking not too tight in garage. nice to take elevator straight to garage to load and unload. close to gondola. ski valet was easy.

We loved our visit to Whistler. We would stay here again. The place was clean and nice. Just as described online. One small suggestion would be to also provide softer, thinner bed pillows for people who sleep on their back.

Great location and fully stocked kitchen. Works great for me and a few friends for 6 night. Only issue was when power went out and we couldn’t get the WiFi back up.

Well located for skiing Blackomb.

Located a short walk from the Blackomb Gondola. Adequately furnished. Good jacuzzi and pool. Master bedroom shower did not drain properly.

Great location!

We enjoyed the condo and how close it was to the slopes. Ideal Accommodations at Glacier Lodge were friendly and assisted with any issues almost immediately (Dishwasher wasnt working and they fixed right away). Kitchen well stocked with great cookware and plenty of dishes. Balcony was nice to relax on and the loft was perfect as a teen room for privacy. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Terrific place to stay!

We loved staying at Glacier Lodge which is an easy walking distance to Blackhomb Gondola! Perfect location for us, right near great ski hire, bottle shop, convenience stores and very easy to get into Whistler. Fun bars next door, great coffee shop opposite and ski shops abound. The unit is fantastic, beds super comfy, 2 bathrooms are great and love the her bath. We love the hot tubs and use them every night even in -20! We would love to return!

Great Place Close to Blackcomb Lift

This unit has all the necessities, and was very comfortable for a weeks stay. Would definitely consider it again. Nice to be able to walk to Blackcomb Gondola easily in the mornings and to walk to the Village at night for dinners. No negatives that I can think of.

Thank you for staying with Whistler Ideal at Glacier Lodge. We would be delighted to host you again! For future guests reading the unit is located within a minute to Blackcomb Gondola and approximately a 10 minute walk to the main village. There is also a free village shuttle just outside Glacier Lodge that takes visitors to and from the main village every 15-20 minutes. The Upper Village is a true gem.

Convenient and comfortable

Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and sofas, quiet corner unit, heated floors, convenient to blackcomb gondola and free shuttle to Whistler base. Shout out to Josh and the other staff in the rental shop who cheerfully sent us off with our skis in the morning, welcomed us back end of day, and were super helpful assisting us with renting powder and all-mtn skis.

Clean, nice location, small second bedroom

Stayed at this condo for a ski vacation 2/23. The place is a 10 minute walk to the main village, and a 5 minute walk from the Blackcomb gondola. The ski check in the lobby of the condo is convenient. I loved the heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. The biggest complaint I have is that the loft bedroom is very small with limited storage for 2 people. Additionally, there are no shades for the windows in that bedroom.

Great location. Riom as described. Some problems with the neighbours.

This apartment is exactly as described. The location is perfect for what we wanted. The only problem we had was during our stay the neighbouring apartment was undergoing extensive renovations and building work which was extremely noisy. The lodgings company were helpful at trying to resolve issues and offer us alternatives and ultimately offered us compensation. In future we will be proactive and ask about known building works when we stay in similar apartment buildings as ultimately there was nothing anybody could do as they had permits and we just had to put with it. Dont let that put you off this apartment though. It's fabulous. but beware and ask in advancwer2cokpany
