A great time!

My friends and I so enjoyed staying at this rental. Nicholas and his wife were such good hosts as they suggested places for us to eat which were spot on. They did a thorough job of explaining things concerning the home upon our arrival then checked in on us later to see if we needed anything else. We felt very safe in the community as we went for walks and exploring. The close proximity to area attractions and the airport made this a relaxing place for us to stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Christmas Celebration with Family!

The Tower District Home was a perfect spot for our family to gather for the Christmas Holiday! We were a party of 6 adults, a teenager and 3 year old and we were all very comfortable during our stay. The house comes well equipped with most everything you could need: nice bath towels, extra blankets, good working heater, very comfortable beds, it was super cozy. The home is on a busy street so a few rooms that face the street had a bit of traffic, but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't fix. Nicholas and his family are the most gracious hosts with great communication, they even decorated the house with Christmas décor for us, which was such a treat and made us feel at home. We will definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises. Thank you Nicholas for your attention to detail and sharing your lovely home with us!

Lot's of Charm!

Cute charming house with plenty of space for a large family. It was clean and had everything you would need- plenty of towels, soap, garbage bags, etc. The owners we're very accommodating and very easy to get a hold of which was a plus! The dining room table was big enough for all of us to gather around and eat and hang out. The back yard is big with lots of shade. The A/C worked good for a large older house. The upstairs bedrooms had separate a/c units and our room was nice and cool. It is on a busy street and can be a bit noisy but honestly it didn't bother us at all. There is plenty of room to park 3-4 cars behind the locked gate. FYI- There was only one small tv in the living room, which was fine for us because we were there to be with family! You are walking distance to stores and bars and a quick Uber ride to the Tower area.

Good house/good location.

We enjoyed staying here. We chose it because of its proximity to the Fresno Airport and to Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks. It was easy to navigate around the area and there were walls, runs, and more when we had time.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable. All items necessary for a comfortable stay are provided. The decorations are very pleasant. The property manager is very nice and helpful. He is responsive to questions before and during your stay. It has a nice centralized location. Will stay here again.

Just what we needed

We had a pretty big group with several cars. Check in was super easy, and the place fit everyone easily. Neat old house. The cost savings over getting several hotel rooms made this a no brainer.

Nice place to stay

Great time at World Ag Show. Comfortable home to retreat to. A few country boys in the group had trouble getting to sleep with city noises. Easy access to freeway, restaurants, and shopping.

Turkey Day with the Fam

Nicholas Tarazi was very attentive to our needs and made sure the house was perfect for my family! We spent a week in the home and it was exactly as it was presented online! I highly recommend this beautiful home and any Tarazi family rentals they are awesome!

Father of 5 kids and fortunate to be married to their mother for decades! We love to travel and have used various online short term rental platforms. When we travel we usually stay awhile, otherwise, we are mostly around California or on short business trips.

We have stayed in the following countries for 3 months at a time. China, Fiji, the Philippines, and the UK. We have stayed weeks in Barbados, Granada, Ecuador, France, Israel, and the Netherlands. We would like to visit Greece and Italy next.

To host is to serve and to serve sometimes means you need help and our kids are part of the help. Each of them has a job duty before any guest arrives, many hands make light work. On a personal side, I have over 30 years in business with involvement in the Telecommunications, the Medical field and both my wife and I have a strong passion to share our years of experience helping 12-30-year-olds grow in a way that supports and brings goodness to the world.
