Belle plage / villa de golf

Ce 3e étage presque neuf et magnifiquement entretenu (dernier étage!) villa de golf peut accueillir 4-6 personnes confortablement. Il est situé dans un cadre privé à l'extrémité sud de Myrtle Beach et offre un accÚs rapide et facile à l'océan, à Broadway by the Beach, à Marketplace Commons, à l'aéroport de Myrtle Beach et à tous les grands parcours de golf, et à l'excitation que Myrtle Beach a à offrir. La villa est située sur le parcours de golf de Tupelo Bay, qui propose un practice, un parcours exécutif, un parcours par 3 et un golf miniature. Inclus dans les locations à la semaine, vous bénéficierez d'une partie de golf gratuite à Tupelo Bay et d'un seau de balles pour le practice.

Sur place, vous trouverez le centre d'agrĂ©ment qui offre gratuitement aux clients; piscines intĂ©rieure / extĂ©rieure avec une piscine pour enfants, un barbecue et une aire de pique-nique (la baie de Tupelo fournit aux clients du charbon de bois gratuit pour les foyers) avec un petit terrain de golf putt-putt, un filet de volley-ball avec une zone sablĂ©e pour jouer, une grande salle de remise en forme avec tous les derniers Ă©quipements , centre d'affaires, salon avec cheminĂ©e. Au pro shop sur place, vous trouverez le Conch Cafe pour des plats lĂ©gers, une salle que vous pouvez rĂ©server pour des fĂȘtes privĂ©es avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et une cheminĂ©e et l'utilisation d'un petit bar. Pendant les mois de pointe, un service de navette gratuit est assurĂ© pour la plage si vous ne voulez pas conduire votre voiture ou marcher! Location de vĂ©los et scooters sont Ă  proximitĂ© et disponibles Ă  la location.

La location se dĂ©roule du samedi (15 h) au samedi (11 h), bien que des tarifs nocturnes puissent ĂȘtre disponibles.

Beach Vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful. Clean, Elevator, Quiet, Pool, Beautiful rooms and decorations. Beautiful pictures on the walls
 Big Family table seats 6 people and bar stools for 3 also. We will definitely come back and stay here at Cheryl’s property.

Welcoming, Spacious, & Covered all our needs!

The rooms and balcony were spacious. Plenty of room for us and our two teen boys! The Villa’s kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms were stocked & there were even some beach chairs and an umbrella for us to borrow! The beach was a quick car/golf cart ride away. Our host was very responsive and we will stay here again if we are ever in the Myrtle Beach area again!

Great place and location

We really enjoyed staying here. It had a great location tucked into a quiet area but conveniently located to everything. We did have a mishap with the AC but it was quickly addressed. The condo was clean and well supplied. My only complaint if one was that the master bedroom bed needs a soft pillow topper. Thanks for having us!

Tupelo bay stay

The unit was very clean and stocked with so many items for our use. We did not expect to have so many household items already in the place to use. That was just very convenient.

First time but DEFINITELY will not be the LAST!!

The property was BEAUTIFUL!!! Ms. Cheryl was amazing and answered all of my questions before and during my stay. My boys didn't want to leave. I told them that this will become a yearly summer trip for us!!! Hopefully we'll be able to stay here again book with Ms. Cheryl!

AWESOME

We're from Charleston, SC and wanted to take our 2 grands. We had an awesome time, and coming back to Cheryl's condo was great at the end of the day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, just about anything you could imagine. It was clean, bright, and more than enough for my husband and grands ages 11 and 13 to enjoy. We made good use of both pools. We plan to come back to Myrtle Beach and will definitely want to rent this place again. Thanks, Cheryl!

A little disappointed..

Bedroom TV’s did not work correctly. Living room tv was also not working. Resetting the router seemed to help that one tv. When I reached out I was informed the prior guests had reported no issues. Nothing was done to resolve that issue. Prior to arrival we were informed the dryer had stopped working, and was asked if we’d let the repairman in the next day. The dryer was repaired the next day. The decor was a bit dark and outdated, especially compared to other units in the complex that we have stayed in. Carpet was in decent shape but any padding is worn or nonexistent. Colors are dark compared to other units. Bathroom rugs need to be washed. Overall, not our favorite experience at Tupelo Bay.

Covid Getaway

This property was perfect for a getaway. The condo is very nice and had everything we needed. We saw few people which helped with our worry about Covid. We enjoyed the spacious and clean condo. My granddaughter loved the pool. We drove to the beach although a shuttle was available.

Garden City Condo

We enjoyed staying at this condo which is in excellent condition; kitchen was well stocked with utensils, washer/dryer, nice balcony where we had dinner out on several times during our stay. It made for a great vacation in the South Strand of Myrtle Beach area. Tupelo Bay has several fun amenities such as mini golf, range, executive golf course that also was set up for frisbee golf. It has 2 pools that are large, and a good fitness center. We definitely will check to see if this unit is available next time we come down.

Wonderful place to stay! It’s in a great location......quiet and peaceful, but still close to restaurants and the beach. Very well taken care of.....all the amenities and immaculate! It was perfect for us!

My family and I have been vacationing every summer in Myrtle Beach since 2006. We fell in love with the area and all it had to offer. For those of us who play golf, we have no trouble finding a course we haven't yet experienced year after year because there are so many courses to choose from! The kids love to spend the day on the nice clean beaches and the complex itself has such a beautiful well maintained amenity center with a pool the kids can't ever get enough of! We decided to buy in Tupelo Bay because the location can't be beat - it's a lovely well maintained complex just perfect for the kids and yet quiet enough for a romantic retreat!

Our villa is very welcoming and accomodating. It's pure relaxation when you want it to be and yet full of excitement when you choose to venture out because of all the things to do in the area. The amenity center is very clean, well maintained and is a pleasure to use.
