Awesomeness

This property was more than expected, being in the heart of the romantic zone it was incredibly convenient. The accommodations were perfect, like being at home. Jorge with Bay Rentals and Resorts was fantastic and along with the property staff! Can’t wait to see them again on our next trip South.

Amazing condo

This is the 6th time I’ve stayed at this condo building. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and views are spectacular (sunsets are beautiful). I always love staying at Nayri and can’t wait until I come back.

Great place for our stay

We stayed for 4 weeks and it was perfect! We were located close to everything and found a couple of stores for groceries within a couple of blocks. We loved sitting on the deck watching the street life and once we closed the patio windows the outside noise was minimal so we slept without issue. The unit was in great shape and had everything we needed including weekly cleaning service. The staff were very helpful and friendly and easy to contact. They even provided some extra items we asked about. We would definitely stay here again.

Puerto Vallarta November 2024

Although our stay was short (due to unforseen events) we were very pleased with the apartment/condo. The apartment was clean/tidy, had decent appliances, and large patio. The rooftop area with a pool and bbq areas was very nice and quite large. The location is 1.5 blocks from the beach/Malecon. Our apartment was on the first floor, just above a busy street. However, due to the cobblestones everyone travels slowly and once the AC was on, we really didn't hear much. We will definitely try to stay in this complex again.

Very loud!

The staff was very polite and extremely helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The condo is located on an extremely busy and touristy street. We were unable to sleep during our entire stay due to the very loud music, cars blaring music so loudly the sliding door rattled a couple of times, and endless shouting and partying. We expected that up to a point, but the noise went on into the wee hours of the morning (once until 4:28 AM. During our stay the condo received no direct sunlight and was always cold.This might be a great spot for younger people but we are over 70, so not a good fit.

Best Location

Lovely condo in the perfect location, close to everything and very walkable. All staff are wonderful and extremely polite and helpful. Pool area is ideal offering sun and shade with two pools. Highly recommend!

Excellent property in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone

The condo was clean and functional. Previous guests have noted that the internet wasn't working but it was fine for my entire 3 week stay. The shared pool/gym/relaxation area on the roof is beautiful and never too busy. The pools are an excellent temperature, nice and warm so you can easily enjoy them after sunset or early in the morning. Excellent view of Banderas Bay and the city. The street noise only dies down after about two AM due to the many nearby bars. Also, most nights there was a car alarm that would be set off somehow and whoever owns that vehicle does not turn the alarm off so I had to listen to it for the entire 10-15 minute alarm cycle. Aside from a few nights of poor sleep, the condo, neighborhood, and staff were all amazing. Can't wait to visit again in the future!

Nayri has an excellent pool and the room was very nice with wrap around windows. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. They need more chairs at the pool.

Great location, accommodations and value

The best things were the design of our condo, the pools and the staff. We loved the way the sliding doors opened PV nightlife into our patio. The street music and performers added ambiance when we wanted. The staff was very attentive and available. Overall it was great.
