This is a very nice 2-bedroom condo in a great location with an amazing rooftop pool area. The description of the condo and the photos are accurate and the condo is very clean. The building is within walking distance to many very good restaurants and shops, Communication with both the host (Marion) and the property manager (Joaquin) was excellent.

This property is an absolute GEM!! I'm almost hesitant to share just how amazing everything was because I selfishly don't want it booked up when I visit again, LOL!One of the things that made this stay so special was knowing the property is owned by real people who care, rather than a big corporation. Joaquin, the property manager and a family friend of the owners, provided VIP level service from start to finish. His communication was fantastic, check-in was seamless, and he even went out of his way to text us food recommendations. That personal touch made such a difference!The building's front desk and security staff were equally wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooftop infinity pool was absolutely breathtaking, and the home itself was SO much more spacious than the pictures could possibly convey.The condo was also incredibly well equipped with practically everything you could ever need during your stay. Seriously, save yourself some packing space because you won't need to bring half the things you think you do! Leave that extra room in your suitcase for souvenirs. I also wouldn't let one negative review scare you away. Our experience was so overwhelmingly positive that it was hard to imagine we were even talking about the same property!Between the beautiful accommodations, amazing amenities, welcoming staff, and outstanding personal service, this place exceeded my expectations. I would book it again in a heartbeat!

Everything was amazing! Communication with Marion was seamless. Joaquin gave the best recommendations and would clean the house spotless every week. All of the amenities were in great condition. The pool and the gym had everything we needed and the location couldn’t have been better. Hope to stay there again in the future!

The location was perfect. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There is a grocery store in the same building that had everything we needed to make our own breakfast and have cocktails on the roof. The pool and fitness room was great. We used both every day

Great stay at Marion and Catherine’s condo ! Communication with host was great . Condo was very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you might need . Property manager Joaquin was there to meet us when we arrived and was available to answer any questions throughout our stay .

You feel welcomed as soon as you enter the 24-hour security manned lobby. The condo itself was well equipped with everything you could ever need, whether you're staying a few days or a few weeks. Space in the condo was perfect for two couples, you never never felt cramped. Beds were comfortable and the pool space on the 7th floor has a million dollar view of Zona Romantica. Can't wait to go back!

First of all, let me talk to you about this amazing place that we called home for 2 weeks. We came during offseason, but it was a perfect home base to enjoy all the fun things surrounding us.The condo is stopped so completely and many of the necessities we did not need to purchase but we kindly made sure that it was stocked with them before we left.Joaquin is this amazing soul who met us there? And walked us through all the wonderful things in the apartment and how to use everything. And he was also available t if we needed anything during our stay.The beds were very comfortable. In fact, I hadn't slept like that in a long time the pillows had enough firmness to them, and there was ample towels for both pool and .showers for the three of us. The kitchens had all of the gadgets that I would normally use at home to make food and drinks. And I didn't need to purchase anything for the kitchen.And not to forget the rooftop pool, which is salt water. And an amazing experience we enjoyed so much time up there and had plenty of shade to get out of the sun. When we had had enough. One of the great perks of this condo was there was a ice machine, and two small refrigerators on the rooftop that we could utilize. So we were not running back and forth to our condo.I cannot say enough about this place. And hope to return soon. Most importantly, maybe during season with a lot more stuff is open. Thank you to Marian who is the owner. What a wonderful place.

Park 101

The condo and property were fantastic. The area and location were exactly what we wanted. Everything was all within walking distance. Puerto Vallarta was beautiful as usual. We will look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Condo and Location

We stay at the Park every time we vist Puerto Vallarta. This was our first time at 101 and this was our favorite rental! Marion is wonderful and attentive. The condo is well stocked and comfortable. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great condo and location. Joaquin was waiting for us when we arrived to show us the condo and give us tips about the surrounding area. Marion, the host, was quick to respond to all my questions and was very helpful. The condo had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. We were a few minutes walk from the Malecón and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. The rooftop pool is must to catch a beautiful sunset. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely book here again.

The only complaint I had was the internet did not extend into the far bedroom when the door was closed which was a nuisance but other than that the property, condo, roof deck, and proximity to everything was first rate.

Wonderful Experience!

We had a great stay at the Park. Our condo was equipped with everything we needed and the staff was very professional and friendly. The only negative was that the heater for the jacuzzi tubs were not working but aside from that we had no other issues. We would definitely stay at The Park again!

Everything I had wished for and more!

Marion and Catherine's home is absolutley beautiful! I loved the location, right smack in the middle of resturants, shopping, bars and so much more! Marion the owner was amazing from the start and always answered my questions very quickly! I loved, loved, loved their home.
