Home was very comfortable and well stocked with anything you could need. Located in a gated community with a view of a lake from the very relaxing deck with a nice propane grill. Rooms are very big and beds are comfortable. Beach is very close with parking lot just for the community, located next to a very nice restaurant. Three pools one with a splash pad. My grand kids and my favorite thing were the ice cream trailer just down the street. Felt very relaxed and secure in this home Bev was great answered all questions and was quick to respond.

Great Stay Close to Family Fun

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Bev's Beach House and had access to everything we needed. The location of the property and amenities of the complex were a nice change from our usual vacation spot. We enjoyed the ease of the private beach access and the community pools also! Would definitely reccomend Bev's Beach House!

Very nice place

The house was very nice and clean. Very close to the beach, and our other condo. We would stay there again if the need arises. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

The house was very clean and suited us well. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes and cookware that we needed. The AC worked well and it was very hot outside. The golf cart was a great way to get to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Bev’s Beach House - Dream Vacation

Had a great stay. The house was very clean and fit our needs well. The AC was good and cold. Having the golf cart was a big plus. Would definitely want to stay again and would recommend to others.

The family enjoyed our stay in Oceanside Village at Surfside Beach. Beverly is a great hostess. She will answer all of your questions about your stay. Her home is lovely and a great location. Close golf cart ride or walk to the beach.

Great Vacation Home

This is a great home for a family getaway. The location is terrific and the house is beautiful. It was so nice to have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, the hot tub, and close access to the beach. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your golf cart. It truly made the trip wonderful. The outside gate was a great way to allow us to spend time on the deck without the dogs getting loose.

Great Location, Plenty of Room

We were very happy with the property. Everything was as described. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Large deck and the golf cart were a plus. Easy walk to the beach if you prefer not to use the cart. Covered parking for the cars.

COZY VACATION HOME

Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a cozy and clean vacation rental. The location is great and a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Owner responds quickly and is very helpful if needed. We had some issues at home while we’re on vacation. She was very understanding and kind. Very much appreciated.

2023 Family Beach Vacation

We loved the house and the location in the neighborhood. The golf cart and bikes were a great addition and one of the reasons we rented this house. The beach parking is just across the road and is private for the community which was really nice! We enjoyed the neighborhood pools, ponds and playgrounds! Our dog loved the dog park and we liked that it was a short walk to take her. The owners are very nice and helpful! We would recommend this house to any family!

Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed

We had an amazing stay at YOUR PLACE in the SUN. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The golf cart provided by the owner was a great addition and made getting around easy. The beach was just a short walk or cart ride away, and the neighborhood amenities were great! The fact that it was dog friendly made it even better. Our pooch loved the relaxing deck, beach, and the short proximity to the community dog park. Having private access to the beach with gated golf cart parking was unique and convenient. Beverly was incredibly helpful and responsive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this property for a memorable beach vacation.

Great trip

Fun time. Had everything we needed. We walked home from beach once and it wasn’t real far. Golf cart parking lot right on beach was awesome. Front gate staff very cordial. Overall place was pretty perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Needs a good cleaning. Blinds pretty dusty, couches were a little worn, rug needing a good shampoo. However, NO bugs, no spiders or bugs! Yah!!

Golf cart

When I first rented this place it supposedly came with a golf cart. When I got the rental agreement she wanted it signed and sent back asap so I didn't get a chance to read it so we didn't know you no longer get to use it. Hopefully she took that out of her description!!

We had another great stay! This was our second time visiting, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The home was very clean and well-maintained, and everything was exactly as expected.Our family—and our dog—love the location and how close it is to the beach. The golf cart was also a huge bonus and made getting around easy and convenient. We appreciate how pet-friendly and comfortable the property is, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Home away from home

This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. We have stayed in many rental homes before and usually have our bin of essentials from paper products to salt and pepper to sand toys but Bev had more than enough staples in her home that made it feel like our own home! The location was ideal; a quick walk to the dog park and playground as well as the beach and the bonus of using Bev's beautiful golf cart added to the ease of bringing things to the beach. Bev was amazing to work with, especially with communication after the hurricane. Our family had a wonderful vacation!
